Description of Work: Replaced a central air conditioning system and furnace. It runs well. The filter holder and closet is a mess. It is extremely difficult to change. It was contracted through Lowes. Lowes was a horrible disappointment.

 + -1 moreAdvertised office in Graham Tx. Called and scheduled service at lake house. Got bill for $450 for servicing freon. Called to complain and was told office in Graham had closed and only office was now in Wichita Falls and the big charge was for travel fees. Apologized that I was not told about travel fees and office closing. No refund. Noted that system had a leak but missed problem with fan ramp up programing. Entire unit needs to be replaced
