 + -1 moreWe had the feeling that Pro Fence and Roof contractors valued us as customers. My old roof had blown-off shingles, and I was experiencing frequent leaks. So, I called this Roofing Company, and the workers came over within a week and gave me a decent price on the spot. They were even able to incorporate my work with their schedule and patched the leaks I was experiencing.

 + -1 moreNot so well. Mine as well as 2 other vehicles were damaged with paint overspray. I contacted John and he advised me to take my car to a detail shop to have the overspray removed and he would pay for it. I did just that and paid $250 to have my car cleaned up. I sent Pro Fence a copy of the bill and they refused to pay. Left several messages for John but he refused to call me back. Finally, complained to the BBB who tried to help me get my re-imbursement, but they were unsuccessful. BBB offered to get a mediator involved for $50, but there still was no guarantee that Pro Fence would reimburse me even after mediation, so I turned down mediation and BBB says they listed the complaint with the comment that I did not accept Pro Fence's response. Can't believe this company runs their business so unprofessionally and will not take care of it's responsibilities.
Description of Work: My car was parked near a business that Pro Fence and Roof was painting. I trusted that they would not get overspray on my vehicle while painting the building.

Description of Work: We hired and paid John Cadle of Pro Fence and Roof to take down an existing fence and put up a ceder fence with premium boards, and stain. Job was left uncompleted, found lower quality boards pieced in between premium boards. All gates built incorrectly, two inoperable. Stain was splatterd on our house and garage. We later discovered the 2x6 cedar cap was not stained on top. He promised to correct the gates and replace the lower quality boards. He never showed up and would not answer his phone. He would only reply to text after repeated attempts. Promising someone from his crew would fix any issues, no one ever showed up to make repairs. We paid another fencing company $2000 to fix the gates and replace the boards. We cleaned up the mess and did the remaining repairs.

 + -1 moreon 08/22/2013 and on 09/05/2013 pro foofing replaced foofs on two house's, I was talked into buying impact resistant shingles.work completed bill paid.,can't get roofer to fill out paper work to receive discount from insurance company,, a number of phone calls always to voice mail, no answer from the man I delt with JOHN CADLE. I believe I am a victum of fraud. think shingles may not be what I paid for. all checks were maid out to john cadle .

 + -1 moreThe fence looks nice but is unfinished, I also paid 300 dollars additional for him to come out and stain my fence and he never came out to do it I kept getting excuses that he was out of town and eventually he just stopped responding to calls and texts.
