Russ arrived on time and went right to work. I had a couple of places that were hard to get clean, but he stayed with it until it was just right. Yes, he asked me if I was satisfied with his cleaning because he truly wanted me to be pleased. I would recommend Russ for house trim/fascia and concrete cleaning.

I rehired Russ from Modern Curb to power wash the driveway, walks and patio. He showed up the next day as promised. His work was more than thorough. I'm totally satisfied with the results. Thanks Russ; you're on my favorites list!

Russ showed up the same day I contacted Modern Curb. Power washed my gutters in 1/2 hour! Price was pleasantly low. Russ is courteous, respectful and friendly. I will hire him again as I need my driveway and walkways cleaned.
