Description of Work: Lowe's can have some exceptional prices, but the prices aren't very good if the quality of the install or the merchandise isn't too good. In my case, I bought a Trane air conditioning system. It was installed in a haphazard way. I am glad that I was there because once the install job started, I had to be there to ensure the right pieces went into my unit. In the end the air conditioner works well --- the ducting was overlooked even though I insisted I buy a unit big enough to cool the whole house. The heater/blower unit is in a closet where it had always been yet it was installed so I can't get an air cleaner into the unit without major hassle and bending up EVERY filter. Disgusting. The Lowes salesman still hasn't provided me with a receipt for the project --- and is basically unresponsive. I don't think I'd use Lowes in Wichita Falls --- way too much hassle. Richard Meek Air Conditioning was the subcontractor.

+ -1 moreMy old windows were unable to open and these new ones can open. I had a good experience with the installer and they did a good job. I will buy some more windows from them because I was impressed with their work.
Description of Work: I got some replacement windows from Lowe's and I have been happy with their service. I replaced all the windows in my house.

+ -1 moreI'm dissatisfied with them and I need to redo the fencing. They have a terrible service and contractor. 4 to 5 years, I already had someone replaced them. I would not recommend the contractors of Lowe's and they have substandard work. I have them come out to do the shower door for me and that was okay but the fencing was not good. That screwed up from the beginning and they're just awful.
Description of Work: LOWE'S provided me a fencing service.

+ -1 moreThey have been very nice. The handle was bent accidentally. I called them and they came out to put 2 new handles on it. I found that also the top and hinge was crooked, they came out and fixed it also. They are excellent.
