He came and put the posts in on a Monday. I told him I wanted to be there for it. He agreed. When he came to put the posts up and I asked him when he was coming back to put the fence in. I said I could not be there only on Thursday morning. That morning I had to take a friend to the doctor. When I went back to my house the fence was in place. I asked why they had come that morning. The helper said they had known for some time they would be there Thursday morning. I had asked that the fence needed to be raised about two inches, and it wasn't. The helper indicated he knew that's what I wanted. I called the owner and he said he didn't think it was necessary that I was there for it. There were several things wrong with the fence that I would have caught if I was there. He asked what I wanted him to do but at that point there was nothing that he could have done. I am very unhappy with him.

Called to set up an appointment for an estimate and set up a time for the very next day at a specific time. Next day waited for over 40 minutes past the appointment time with no contact from business about being late or anything else. Called phone and received only voice mail. Three other fence companies I had come out for estimates all arrived on time and called to make sure I knew they were coming; all on this same day. Cannot vouch for the quality of their work, only for the lack of customer ( or potential customer) service they did not provide.

The workers removed the old fance and planted the oil well pipe on a Friday. They let the concrete harden over the weekend and were out on Monday to paint the oil well pipe and start installing the wood. They finished everything up on Tuesday and it looks great. Very solid construction, perfectly aligned. They cleaned everything up afterwards. I am very happy with the outcome.

Overall once it was done I was relieved, I Would not call or use this guy ever again
