Excellent, very professional and reasonable rates. The work was for a rental property out of town in Wichita Falls. The 6" tile I had picked out for the tub surround was out of stock and Bob picked out a 12" tile and a contrasting border tile to go around the tub. It looks more expensive but the cost was the same. He also repaired the ceilings in the den and living room and replaced the floor tile in the bathroom. I will certainly use him again and highly recommend him.

Very good any questions we would have a sit down discuss it. New ideas were bounced off each other to get the best answer for what we wanted.

provided a detailed bid before the job was started. Kept us appraised daily of progress and any problems. Always prompt and courteous. Cleaned up the site when finished. We have used Bob for several jobs over the past 4 years and have always been satisfied with his work. He has installed a heating/air conditioning unit called a split in an add on room He has replaced exterior doors as well. Bob also insulated the pull down stairs in the room in which he installed the heat/ac unit. We hadn't considered how the overhead pull down door might affect the room it self. It is helpful suggestions from Bob that make him invaluable to us on every job he does. We would recommend him without hesitation.

Bob is a gem. We have used him many times and will use him many more. He installed granicrete countertops in our kitchen at a fraction of the price of granite and they look fantastic. With the addition of under-cabinet LED lighting (Bob's suggestion) and replacement of ceiling light fixtures, Bob transformed our kitchen into a showplace. We hired Bob to convert the women's restroom at our church to make it wheelchair accessible. Bob had a difficult conversion but made it look great. The women in our church appreciated his professionalism. If something was slightly out of alignment, Bob corrected it. He wants his customers to be satisfied. Bob also created a concrete wheelchair ramp for us and replaced an incorrectly-installed door that had been on our fellowship hall for years. This required him to get a subcontractor out to cut and then reweld a steel frame on the building. Bob also replaced rotting wood on the church entrance with Hardee Plank siding and then used that same siding to replace our vinyl siding on a building in the back of the church. Bob also came up with an innovative way to convert my attic space into more storage room than I could have rented locally. This has really helped with things around home. Bottom line: If you want to have one person that can do electrical, plumbing, beautiful countertops, and general carpentry, call Bob Kitchell. Bob is also a general contractor and knows how to find quality help to oversee large jobs. Bob will be back working for me personally and for our church as well. We appreciate that he has integrity and wants to keep satisfied customers. You'll hire him as a contractor, but he'll leave as your friend.

They did an GREAT job... Not only was the price good but they were able to start the job 3 days after I approved the estimate. They were friendly with great communication, were always on time and got the job done. They were willing to work around my schedule, which included Saturdays. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. They far exceeded all of our expectations and I would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. I will highly recommend Kitchell Construction to anyone.

After Mr. Kitchell gave me an estimate of the work and once we got the details ironed out, he commenced the job. This included removing a load bearing wall, adding a pantry, enclosing a front porch to enlarge the living room, adding a fireplace with hearth book cases. Extensive sheetrock work, kitchen counter tops and lots of painting. During the project he offered suggestions to enhance what we were doing and way to cut cost. We made lots of changes in process that cost me more than the original estimate, so that's on me. After this project, I hired Mr. Kitchell to rewire a small house built in 1973 which contained aluminium wiring. Because the jobs were in rural areas he gave me the option of purchasing the materials or him purchasing and bringing to job site. We did some of both.

We have been very pleased with Bob's work. He has always been prompt and finished as planned.

The work was done in a timely manner. Bob tried to match the color of the floor to existing tile flooring in the house, which he did. We were very satisfied with Bob's work. The floor came out amazing. I would definitely recommend Bob to others.

Excellent. Bob surpassed my expectations and I get so many compliments on the cabinet roll out drawers he built.

He charged me $60.00 an hour and $20.00 an hour which I had no problem paying. He would say he had to go pick up materials and they were down the road and be gone longer than needed and I was still getting charged while he was gone. He guaranteed his work and if something didn't work or function right he would repair and no extra cost. When the equipment didn't work he never came back to repair the right way. He finished the job and a coupe of weeks later when things started to not work he refused to come look at it and repair what he worked on. I do not recommend this company and advise never to use them!
