+ -1 moreNothing ever got resolved. I would never recommend Herberts to anyone. I sent to a different furniture store that carried Best chairs and told them my story and they said Best chairs are not well made but they sell because 500 is cheap price compared to the Lazy-Boys.
Description of Work: Refused to replace the recliner even though it had a life time warranty. They claimed the chair was repaired and it was not. I called the home office in Ohio where Best Chairs are made and refused any help with the matter. I called the representative and he refused my calls. I neighbor bought a chair from Heberts and it was a Best chair and the same thing happened to. We were both treated unfairly. This took place in July 2011 and still has not been resolved.
