After three years of going to the Parade of Homes and talking to almost every builder in the area, my wife and I chose Harmon and Holcomb Homes for the largest and most important financial decision of our lives. They took on our dreams of building a house on some acreage, and we could not be any happier with our decision. Like most couples, we really did not know where or how to start the home-building process. Harmon and Holcomb made the procedure, from beginning to end, a pleasant experience. They were more than willing to do anything they could to keep us within budget. A beautiful home was constructed for our family by Harmon and Holcomb Homes, with very minimal delays or problems, and UNDER budget without compromising the structure or the finer things found in most new homes today. They were there throughout the entire process, and they were always a short phone call away for any questions that came up. We have been living in our dream home for four months now and would not change a single thing about our house. We absolutely LOVE it!!! We would highly recommend Harmon and Holcomb Homes without hesitation for your next dream home. We were asked by some friends of ours: if we had to, would we ever build again? It took awhile to find stuff that was wrong. The water shut off valve is buried about 5.5 feet underground at the base of the footer of the house, which was a big hassle when my house was flooding, causing more water damage. I called to complain, and was told that is how it is supposed to be because of "settling". This would mean it settled 5 feet in 4 years, which I don't believe is true. I would not reccommed anyone use this company when building a home.
