Great job, very happy.

Installer was very punctual with bid and with original installation. Installer was paid in advance for services. I would never recommend doing that for anyone. When called to return to install vent and return grills and to bring the box of filters he stated he would also furnish. He was very non-professional on the time he stated he would return. Had to call him on multiple occasions to get him to come back. Told him the unit had a whistle when running. He never checked it when he came to install ceiling deflectors. He stated that he didn't have a return air vent with him and that he would return later that evening to install it. Called him again a few days later and he said would come the next day. He no showed again. Tried to call him again on multiple occasions and he didn't answer my calls. Called him from another number and he answered. Still no show. Called him today , Sept 18, 2014, he answered and stated he would come today and he seemed rather irritated that I called him again. I told him that it was ridiculous that he had that attitude and became very rude. His statement was and I quote: and quot; You no what, SCREW YOU, I will out today. and quot; He did arrive and was very rude to me, asked him to make sure he checked for the whistle that I had told him about today and on previous conversations. He never replied. He did install the return air vent and replaced the filter and left a box for future use.

He got here early stayed a couple of hours told us the doors on our unit wasn't the right ones. So he told us he would look for some and check rates on those doors too. After doing repairs he had to do it check to make sure we didn't need a plumber because we had a water leak from the AC unit. No damage thank goodness. I will be using him again when he puts our new doors on he found some for $60.00 total which was better than he and I thought. LOL I would use him again and I have recommended him to our friends.
