Could never give a time frame of when they would be here and had to reschedule and on that day said we weren’t even scheduled. Horrible customer service was very rude and short! He never came and we lost 125.00.

I have never used Findlay Plumbing before today. I am so glad I did! Not only did the plumber fix the on going issue but he was incredibly respectful. He was informative and gave me some suggestions. I was impressed with the customer service overall. It’s just not something you see much of anymore. I will absolutely use them again if I have another plumbing need. I highly recommend!

the owner of the company came in my house talking on the phone and completely ignored me. pulled trash out of my disposal and told me my insurance wouldn't cover it they missed my apt like 5 different times and never returned my phone call luckily ahs sent out another plumber and he had the new disposal in, in about 10 mintues. DO NOT USE

Previous plumber left my shower leaking for over 4 months, ran up our water bill and stood us up over 10 ttimes Finally we called Findlay plumbing. They came out right away and fixed the mess our previous plumber left behind. He was in and out in 10 minutes! Thanks to you we can use our shower for the first time in 5 months!!!

The owner of this company is very rude and talks to you like your stupid

The company is easy to contact and the workers show up when expected, do a professional job with a minimum of fuss and mess, and charge a reasonable fee. This is an ethical company that you don't have any concerns about -- hard to find in today's world. We will continue to use them and to highly recommend them.

They were amazing and really well priced. Josh was the technician and he was great.

Was a bit shocked to find out this particular company had all A's. A couple of years ago we used Findlay plumbing and when he arrived to unclog our sewer main? he performed the work and then in an accusing,condescending tone informed my wife a tampon was blocking everything. My wife informed him that we had just moved in the house and that that was disgusting. And with another condescending look he went back to his work. From that point on everything was very unprofessional. I was not home? And when I tried to contact the man on several occasions he would not return my calls. I would pose this question to any man out there. If you absolutely could not be home? Would you want your wife to deal with this company/man? Luckily we now have a choice.

pHe cam out the first time on 7-16-14 and fixed the commode and washing machine hose. I had asked him about taking out the disposal but that was not on my original call to him so he said he could take it out and re pipe it but wasn't planning on doing anything more that day than fix my leaky commode so he said he would come back Thursday but I was busy as he came back today 7/21/14 and he did take out the disposal and re piped under my sink. Both visits he was on time and very courtesy. He explained what he was going to do and did it in a very timely manner. When he was done he cleaned up any mess that was made. When he came the first time we discussed the cost of all the things I wanted fixed and he quoted me a price of 120.00. He did not charge me for another visit today he included that in the visit from last week. I would diffidently use him again and if any of my friends need a plumber I will recommend him.

They handled their work promptly and cleaned up and disposed of trash in dumpster. Mr. Findlay had several calls but stated that he would call them back as soon as he could which I appreciated since he was busy working at the time of the call. Mr. Findlay did leave helper to work while he went to purchase a part . He explained the bill to us which was billed at 75.00 per hour for 3 hours work. . The extra parts were billed as follows: 1 ea tub drain 18.72, 2 ea 1/2x3/8 valves 15.00, 2 ea 1/2x3/8x20 flexes 17.25, 3 ea pex finiale ??, .9.60, 1 ea ???L 10.50, 1 ea flange 11.31, 6 ea pex 6.0 Only issue, plumber did not ask, and I did not specify, where I wanted the new single handle water valve for tub/shower. I assumed it would be installed at shower level height since it was a shower handle and he installed at previous tub height of the old two knob tub unit. His error or mine?????? Next time, I will go over all details of requested work before he begins. Note: Also, our house was built in the 70's and an electrical copper ground was attached to copper tub water pipe. Plumber said by code, he could not reattach ground. I called a licensed electrician and he said ground was needed and he reattached the ground to copper water pipe. I will use this plumber again if I need more plumbing work. I had no problems with his workmanship.

Mr. Findlay and his workers are very skilled, but are also patient and willing to answer questions regarding whatever problem I am having. We have used them several times. It is easy to reach this company and immediately get an appointment, which is (amazingly) kept on time! Their charges are reasonable and they clean up their messes...can't ask for more. I won't look any further for a plumber as long as this company is in business.
