I had three companies quote the job - 2 with carrier and 1 with American Standard products. I selected Ferguson Veresh based on a slight cost advantage and a significant responsiveness edge. I replaced a 2-zone system ( 2-ton and 2.5 ton units) with a single zone, 5-ton unit. This allowed me to replace the entire plant at one time instead of doing it over two years. The install went as scheduled. The job involved more work than was estimated, and ran over two days. The estimator called and told me he had under-estimated the ducting problems significantly and had run over by around $2000, and asked if we could split the difference. I agreed. It's an old house (87 years old) and you never know what you'll find. For a couple of weeks we lived with a huge split in temperatures between the upstairs and downstairs. Talking to the estimator, he suggested we block off the upstairs registers. This worked - somewhat - but the air whistled through the registers and my wife was very annoyed by this. After about two weeks, the company ran into a slow day. Without our asking, they asked to come over to the house and tune the ducts to give a better air split between the various rooms. This was done in about 3-4 hours, and the results have been very much better. Bad - Estimating oversight ran the job up by $1000. Good - They don't forget about you when they drive away. On the whole, I was not disappointed by them at all.

Very timely, detailed. As mentioned above, slotted 3 days to do everything, Tuesday- Water heater, Wed- AC, Thurs- insulation. All went according to plan and no extra $ involved. Price was as stated in the initial inspection and write up.

They were prompt and curteous. Fast response. Called for clogged sink and they took care of 2 other problems while they were there. They did an awesome job and will use again. They were a little steep on the service charge but the work was great.

Our AC was repaired within the hour. Yeah! We had to have a part replaced. The technician had the part with him so he was able to replace it immediately.

Overall was a great experience. Had a few glitches. very honest company and well respected. Biggest problem was we were told installation date would be one day. They did not show and were told the and quot;girls in the office were supposed to calland quot;. We had a one week delay. A problem arose and and the issue was resolved but again they did not show on the day told to us and again we were told the same thing. They were very professional with the installation.

Did not honor warranty. Workmen were not professional, dirty and messy. Had to clean up after them. Made snide comments about my housekeeping and did not like my pets (mine are ancient and require extra care) Way too expensive for the work done. Since I had to have another company repair their work.

On time and on budget, we have no complaints. We had 3 quotes and they were the lowest and most professional.

The serviceman was right on time for the appt. He was very knowledgable and it was fixed quickly

We have used Ferguson Veresh many times over the past seven years. It is easy to schedule with them. They are prompt; will call ahead if asked to do so; their servicemen are very knowledgeable, polite, helpful, careful about cleaning up after the job. We've had several plumbing/drainage problems they helped us with. We had a leak in our furnace unit which the repairman fixed inexpensively. They are the first and only ones we call with air conditioning, heating, and plumbing problems.

They are very good. That was the first time it had ever gone out. I had the same unit since the first time they put them in. They are very honest and very reliable.

They did a good job. They were quick and professional. They were all real friendly. Their pricing was a little higher than some of the others, but they do good work. I would use them again.

They are the best of the best. They don't play around and they are so good. I called and they came out here after I had already gotten 3-4 quotes. I had one guy come in and say it was going to cost me $10,000. I told them what I wanted to have done and they said they would plumb the entire house and run it out to the street for $1500 and you can put in whatever fixtures you want. They didn't want the money until after passing inspection. They did the duct work and brand new heating and A/C unit.

They are reliable, they are professional, their pricing is appropriate and I like doing business with them. I have not had any problems with them.

While I was stationed in Korea, my wife had to call out a plumber to fix the faucet in the shower becasue it was leaking badly. The only issue I have is they charged her $102 just to fix a leaking faucet. The part was $12 so the reast was labor and it took them about ten minutes. Furthermore, it's alredy dripping again.

On Sunday, July 3rd, in the middle of the 100+ degree days in North Texas, sure enough our air conditioner went on the blink. Monday being a holiday I thought we were hosed until at least Tuesday. However I looked online and found Ferguson-Veresh, who advertised 24/7 service calls. So I gave them a call on Monday morning and within a hour a nice young man came out and pronounced the compressor deceased. As we discussed the age of the system I elected to have a whole new system installed. He immediately called John Ferguson, one of the owners, who there within a half hour. John did the measuring he needed and told me that he'd go the shop and see if they had all the components to install a new system. He stated since they had been really busy installing systems the week before he wasn't sure if he would have everything in stock. He called back within the hour and sure enough he lacked some components but said he would have them by Wednesday morning. On Tuesday, at 8 am the install crew was at the house and took the old system out, installed the components they could and finished up on Wednesday by 6 PM. The house was cooled off by 10 PM and we were happy campers once again. I'm well pleased with the quality of work, professionalism that everyone displayed. Subsequent to the installation we experienced with our alarm system. It appeared that a wire to a sensor was pinched or nicked. I called John who told me to have my alarm company look at it and of course if his crew caused the malfunction, he would pay the repair bill. Good folks, I highly recommend them.

Company was contacted by me for an estimate. They were able to get to my house the next day. I was given options/explanations on which unit would work best with my home. I was also given payment options. Overall, the experience was very good and very professional.
