+ -1 moreVivian Kirkpatrick at Domain Realty is very responsive and understood our needs/requirements exactly. She showed us several homes in our price range and ensured that we had all the information on the FSBO plus everything else in town that met our requirements. We decided on the FSBO and Vivian continued to be our agent. The FSBO seller was difficult on a number of levels. Vivian worked through issues of a new roof and window replacement with the seller - we didn't do anything. She also had recommendations for high quality/adequate priced floor stores, painters, and plumbers to help us modify the home to our desires. She went out of her way to check on the house with these other professionals prior to us moving in - we really needed a local representative and she definitely came through for us. We only have experience with her as a buying agent, but when we PCS in ~4 years, she'll be the first one we call to sell the house for us.
Description of Work: We're a military family moving to Wichita Falls from out-of-state. This is our fourth home to purchase due to a permanent change of station and the entire process was the smoothest that we've experienced. We initially found a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) that we were interested in. We requested that Vivian Kirkpatrick be our agent as we looked at this house plus some others in the area.
