 + -1 moreJob was done as part of resale contract, contractor failed to obtain a permit from the city and then failed to respond to cities prompts to have the permit obtained. After the first rain the roof leaked. Owner Mark promised they would have someone to fix it the next day, but after several calls nobody showed up and Mark rarely answers the phone. He then promised someone would be there first thing on Monday morning and again a no show. Mark only answers the phone if he doesn't know who is calling and will avoid calls otherwise. Comfort Roofing cannot be trusted.
Description of Work: Reroof job including removal of old roof and felt and repair of small area affected with wood rot.
