Description of Work: Provide estimate for foundation leak off hot water line.

Description of Work: I called this company because he lives down the street from me. My shower was leaking water and causing damage to the wall and trim panels. I called him and someone told me they would call me that day to see me after making some rounds. I never received a call until the next morning. I call them back and they show up around 2'oclock. They don't introduce themselves or anything and begin to ask what the problem was and begin to change the flapper in my toilet. I never asked them to do that. It was working great with no sounds or lack of pressure. He turns the shower head and shows that the grout is leaking in our granite shower. I was glad to know it was an easy problem. He even explained what he would do to fix it. He came back with a 15 dollar charge for the flapper he changed in our toilet and a 75 dollar charge for service (20 min). I paid him no hassle and was thankful. Then the problems began. The toilet quit working correctly due to lack of pressure. I called him and he said that was how the toilet worked...I've used it for 4 years and no problems until he came along. He gave me attitude and was extremely rude. He asked me what I wanted him to do and I told him to replace the old one back. He came over with a huge attitude and wanted to show me how these toilets just work like that and how I was wrong in my assessment. He never apologized or admitted he was wrong. My toilet returned to it's normal functionality. (My husband said the flapper he put in was too short and the water wasn't getting high enough to work correctly) The plumber told me he would give me a refund for the part that he charged for. Still waiting for him to "mail" it to me. Very poor customer service and high charge on a weekday during normal business hours.
