The electrician that came was very nice, brought an apprentice and did the job I asked them to do. Then I received the bill in the mail for 245 dollars. They said that the work they performed took Two and a half hours. The electricians were only there for one and a half hours. When I called to ask why it was so much they said "Well they start the time for them being on the clock when they leave the shop." (which they had never told me when I got the original quote) I said "Ok but that still doesn't make sense why they are saying it took them two and a half hours." We live in Wichita Falls, TX and to get from one side of this town to the other it takes 15 minutes in traffic. They were at my house for one and a half hours, and 30 minutes with driving time all together does not equal two and a half hours. So the over charged me by 45 dollars and when I had originally called I asked if they had a military discount and they said yes. When I had called, the lady at the front desk directed me to the manager and when I told him what happened he pretty much told me there was nothing he could do. I said, "well what about the military discount" and he turned and asked his secretary if she had promised me a discount and in a really loud and defensive voice said "NO SIR I DID NOT." So I ended up paying the money and will not be using this company again and suggest that you also go with a company that will give you all the facts up front and are truthful about them.

Electrician arrived promptly and dealt quickly with a couple of unanticipated problems. Work was completed in a timely fashion and work was done very well. He answered all questions and was very helpful. Total cost was less than anticipated. I would readily use this company again.

I will use them again for myself. They are my new Electric Co. Installation People, keep you all updated with more information on new projects to come. On this install 220v and new light in a room for washer and dryer.

The secretary was great. I don't know anything about electrical components in the house. When I explained what I believe was wrong, she didn't make me feel like I was dumb. She had a good idea and explained to me what might have been the problem. Very professional. When the electricians showed the we're very professional and respectful. I was very satisfied with the work and will definitely use this company again. I'll recommend them to everybody. It's very hard to find a company that does quality work in Wichita Falls.

After one company told me it would take a week to even get to me I called best electric and they came out within 4 hours. The secretary, I believe her name is Janice was so nice and very helpful. The electricians were very professional and were quick and reassured me that everything was safe and ok to turn back on. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone!

I called Best electric about my electrical outage since about half my house had no power. They called me back in less than 3 minutes and said they had someone on the way. (this was huge since i had already tried someone else and 3 days later he still didnt have problem fixed and i had called numerous times to get him back out and he ignored all my calls and wouldnt call me back. in fact i was to find out had added to problem.) So the guy (Matt Shoop) got to the house about 10 min. later and within 5 min. had figured out what the problem was and was on the way to get the parts i needed. Found out the stuff that previous guy had worked on was all wrong. He had installed the wrong size breakers and could have easily caused a fire if it wasnt fixed. To say the least i was not very happy at this point!!! Matt got all the breakers changed out and fixed the problem i was having within an hour. I highly recommend best electric for all your electrical problems. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. If you want it done right the first time and need it quickly they are the only ones in Wichita Falls to call. Thank you Best Electric!!

Best Electric was the most economical and responsive of all the companies we researched to do our remodel. Our call was answered promptly, the secretary was very friendly and knowledgeable and they showed up when promised to do the work. They were thorough, neat and very efficient. We were more than happy with the finished work. They were able to do the electrical work in 2 trips. We will always call Best Electric first when we need any type of electrical work performed.

Went through several avenues trying to get a tree limb resting on the electrical service wire going from the pole to the house removed. The line was pulled taut, had come off the house at the eave, and had also bent the conduit leading into the breaker box. I had an electrician I've used in the past, but he never returned my phone call. The office phone for Best Electric was answered promptly, and the person I spoke with was helpful when I described the situation. They couldn't get anyone out that day, but the next day at 8 a.m., I had a phone call saying they would be on their way to look at the situation. They cut away the large branch from the service line, which released the tension on it. They then reattached the line to the house, putting the conduit back like it should be. They took care of the problem in a way that was economical to me without any unnecessary add-ons. They did leave the large branch for me to take care of, but that was okay since I wanted to keep it for firewood. I did have to call as I never received a bill, but the office was able to take my payment by phone and I received their receipt promptly.

I contacted Best Electric about connecting the power for a retracible awning. Before the awning could even be ordered, the company had to know which side to put the motor on. The boss frrom Best was quick to respond and make thaat determination . The office secretary was very pleasant and helpfull . On the day of installation, the workers were prompt and efficient. They also installed a couple of indoor light fixtures for me, and I appreciated the good clean-up they diid when the work was done. They are definitely going on my list of "Who to call" for electrical work.

I will use them from here on out for all my electrical needs. These guys all know what they are doing. They are responsive and they even said pay us after we have gotten approval from the city. They are good guys.
