+ -1 moreSeveral days later, AAA Foundation Repair (a sister company/crew came out to do the work). The crew excavated 7 of the holes on Thursday and the rest on Friday. Foreman, Nathan, did a great job of explaining the process and let me be around and take as many pictures/videos of the work as I wanted. He was calm, got after his crew as he needed to and communicated certain parts of the process to me as I asked. The crew was quite skilled and needed little direction from Nathan. When I noticed something I thought was an issue, Nathan addressed it with the crew immediately. The crew installed Concrete piers under my slab foundation. 13 total (9-soil and 4-concrete) in order to lift the house and solve the foundation issue with my house. Now, I'm just awaiting to receive my transferable lifetime warranty. I am very happy with the crew and work performed on my house.
Description of Work: After 18 months after purchasing my house, I had noticed a hairline crack in the mortar had become a large crack. William, Basic Foundation Repair, LLC, came to give me an estimate. He educated me on how the house was moving and shared the way they would fix the problem. His quote was almost half of the other main competitor in town and he did a great job of explaining what was happening in the house and where he noticed issues. (The other company did a little, but didn't explain it as well or what the issue was). William asked for 10% deposit and called me much sooner to do the work was scheduled when he found out there was an opening. William even explained to me what I needed to do in order to continue to maintain the foundation of the house. Built in 1994.
