Description of Work: Told me he would get my pool ready for summer for $375. He used all my chemicals. This was agreed to. Half way through the "process" he tells me I need new sand. I just had the sand changed last year. So, that cost another 100.00 for sand. We are now at week four. The pool is mostly clear because of my son doing all the back washing each day. Jerry Aguilar, the owner, said when it was no longer cloudy, as part of my purchase price he would clean the bottom of the pool. Of course I expected this as part of his service. We Cleo to let him know it was ready for the final cleaning and he had the nerve to tell me that would be ANOTHER $40. I am a widow, struggling and winning a battle with breast cancer. I feel he has taken advantage of me.
