When he inspected the sprinkler system some of the heads stayed up. When I pointed this out to him he said they would go back down over time. I have changed at least a dozen now for not going back down by themselves. He missed the fact the gas water heater was not elevated 18 inches per code. He missed the fact the house has no soffit vents for attic ventilation. He missed the fact that part of the attic was totally enclosed (no venting at all and not open to the rest of the attic).

This company only cares about the money they did horrible job didn't catch easly visible problems. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Anything but accurate!!! Buyer beware!!!!
