Very professional and installed complete system in 2 days

Most reasonable and complete quote (obtained 3) which included needed electrical, slab, and taxes. Installed the next morning protecting floors/walls, training us on proper use and recommended filter types. We couldn't possibly be any happier! Highly recommend Mr. Sims and team!

Office people are wonderful making sure you’re on the schedule & when Bryan came to fix our heat he found that we had a problem in the heat pump that was easily fixed & we just thought the unit was old & going bad. Signed up for their yearly tuneup & looking forward to a long relationship with this business!

I am a Senior Citizen who lives alone and my cool air went out. So I contacted Sims, who is on y 50 miles away. The technician was here in four hours the same day I called and he cleaned out the ants in my unit, sprayed it with special ant repellant spray for electrical, was here around 1 hour and only charged me $150$. My unit has never run colder or quieter. I just can't get over it! Sims Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. has been around 30 years and I can see why!

The gentleman was so helpful. I had a strong musky smell coming from the AC in my house. He found two large dead rats in the outside air unit that had touched live wires. He covered a hole that he thought could be the problem. Also, he put a bio spray on the coils. I was. expecting hundreds of dollars; so it was a very nice surprise that this was all covered in my service call.

Tech. had a lot of experience with Lennox systems.

David Newman did a great job. He was on time and explained what my system needed and the cost.

Technician arrived within the window estimated after a phone call and a text letting us know he was on the way. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Inspection, tune-up, and part replacement were all done in a very timely manner. Feel the tech was honest with us in explaining what should be replaced now and what could wait. Definitely recommend!
