Most reasonable and complete quote (obtained 3) which included needed electrical, slab, and taxes. Installed the next morning protecting floors/walls, training us on proper use and recommended filter types. We couldn't possibly be any happier! Highly recommend Mr. Sims and team!

My a/c went out and they were here installing a new unit the day I called. Iâ m so very thankful because it was 95 degrees in my house and I have animals in the home and a granddaughter that were all miserable. Robert did an excellent job making sure it was working properly before he finished so he did not have to come out again. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and offered suggestions for future maintenance and updates to the system. We will definitely call Sim's again.

Office people are wonderful making sure youre on the schedule & when Bryan came to fix our heat he found that we had a problem in the heat pump that was easily fixed & we just thought the unit was old & going bad.
