I'm sorry that you had a bad experience, but I think you made a mistake on the company that came out to do your job. I have looked back through all of my records and do not have anyone with your last name in any records I've found, no record of a job at this address, and no record of anything similar to that type of job, nor any record of a bank deposit in that amount. I did a Google maps search on this address and it says not found; Morgan is not in our normal service area. The day it was supposedly done was a Sunday and we never work on Sundays. If you are mistaken about the date and meant 2014, only one of our two technicians was working that day, the company owner, and since he owns the company he would not have said he would come back on his own time to do a "side job". Our company has installed thousands of standard water heaters, and hundreds of tankless water heaters, so we are very familiar with the installation process, therefore there would be no reason for us to not complete an installation on either one. We are a professional company that cares about our reputation and our business. Again, sorry for the troubles you may have had, but I believe you have mistaken us for someone else. Please check your records and verify that it was indeed Quality Plumbing (254)694-6000 that did your job and I think you'll find that it wasn't.
