TEXOMA VACUUM TRUCKS

We started having Septic/Plumbing problems early in the week. My husband determined our tanks needed pumping and called a couple of places from Angie?s list that had rave reviews on December 30th. We got a hold of one company and scheduled for Dec 31st. Early that morning we got a call that their driver had called in sick and they had no other driver. That was it, no follow up, no we?ll get you rescheduled?nothing. I?ll address that in their review. I got a hold of TVT from a referral from another Septic firm that was unable to assist us. I am so glad we did! Not only did Lanny answer his phone the afternoon of December 31st; he talked me through the issues, asked questions to see if our situation was dire etc. He tried to do what he could to get me a truck that same day. He was unable because of the waste plants closing for the holiday and already having a full truck returning from Little Elm. But he had someone here bright and early on the 2nd of Jan after the holiday. Thank goodness for the referral to TVT from the other company! The driver was great, and did a good job. I am curious by nature and he had no problem with me out there asking some questions and watching the process. My experience would really good and so I would highly recommend this company.

The business owner did not respond to my first call. On the second call he apologized and set an appointment for the next morning. I asked specifically for a phone call before arrival so I could manage my dogs and move cars from the driveway. I received no call and the driver had no instructions to call first. He did arrive at the scheduled time and the pump-out was done professionally. The owner gets a F for communication, the driver gets an A for on-site service.
