Description of Work: Drove to place of business 10/2014 for information on cost of building a fireplace, brand Heat & Glow. Was told by Cynthia that Jason would come to residence to provide options and cost to build a stone fireplace with gas insert. Was told after 3 weeks of waiting that the business was so busy, wouldn't be able to give bid until after the holidays which was ok with us as long as we knew that they were interested in building a fireplace for us. January called to follow up and was told by Cynthia that Jason was going to call us to set up appointment within the week, that he had a death in the family but was getting back to work. We didn't hear from him so called again. Cynthia set up appointment for February 6 which Jason came and discussed options. Jason was go to prepare written bid ....have left messages to please call with status of bid but have not received any responses. Have stated if not interested to just let me know as Cynthia had told me in previous calls that they were interested.
