They did an excellent job. They arrived stated working and everything went smoother and easier than expected.

We had attempted to replace an outdoor faucet and in so doing found that it was one that was soldered to a copper pipe...that twisted under the pressure. Not good. It didn't break. We could still turn it off and on but it was still a problem so I called for the repair. I first showed the repairs that I thought that I wanted. He looked at a sink plug that wouldn't seat correctly, then the dripping faucet in a downstairs bathroom and then at the three exterior faucets including one that we had tried to change out the wrong way and had damaged the copper pipe. He checked the sink stopper and stated that sometimes they just won't do what they're supposed to. He asked if we had a service agreement and we did not. He then figured what the charges would be if we excluded the two other outside faucets with a service agreement and without and gave me the numbers. Because the downstairs bathroom fix would have been another $160 I excluded that. I asked him to repair only the outside faucet on the deck because the cost of the repairs was so high. A six by six inch hole was cut out of the exterior "stucco" wall around the faucet. Insulation removed. The pipe was cut below the elbow, the pipe cleaned out and a new pipe with threading on the end, soldered on. The faucet which I had previously purchased was put on and the insulation and outer material replaced as best possible.As usual Ken was thorough and helpful. The work was done quickly and he was in and out in about an hour and I appreciated his evaluations and the help with the sink plug. I just thought that the charges were pretty high for a simple fixes and the time that it took.I evaluated the work as good because I wouldn't know what an excellent job would be.

We were horrified to find raw sewage backing up in our bathtubs and coming up out of our toilets and even a sink. It had been raining heavily for a few weeks, and we thought that might be part of the problem. We weren't too optimistic about getting fast help on a weekend either. We got All-Tex on the phone, and they told us all their plumbers were on calls, but that they would get to us before they quit for the day, even if it meant working after dark. One of their plumbers arrived a couple of hours later, and he worked very quickly and very diligently until the problems were diagnosed, corrected, and tested. He wasn't very talkative, but he was very polite. We were most grateful for their responsiveness, especially under difficult conditions. We've had no further problems with the house drains, and it's been about five months.
