Iv had BFP come out twice due to broken pipes from the freeze in East Texas. Great job and they are now my go to plumbers.

I like the company!!! They have good people!!! But I think they need to hire more people, seems to me they are being stretched to far !!!? It took 4 days before someone was able to come!!!

Would and will use them again

Matt, the dispatcher, was extremely helpful in getting someone out quickly and William took care of the issue just as efficiently. We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing company for several years and have always found them to do an excellent job and are the most pleasant to work with. They installed a Halo5 whole house water filter system a few years ago and we have been very happy with that system and the continued good service we have received from Benjamin Franklin.

They came out, quickly identified the problem, informed me of what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. They came back with an excavator, dug up the old gas line, replaced the leaking line, pressure tested the new line, made sure all gas systems were working properly, cleaned up and they were done.

They are very professional. Texted a photo of the Technician that was coming to do the job. Followed up after the service.

We had the ideas of what we wanted and worked with Charles on finding the best solutions. Also had other work done and plumbing check on existing tankless water heater. To the point collaborative solutions to our home plumbing to achieve an awesome outcome! Now my water on both sides of the house is hot in a flash and the access to the shutoff is totally appropriate. the plans for further plumbing with an addition are very achievable!! Great job done, on time and within budget!! Loved to have them do the work in my home!!

Will and his partner went well a ove what we originally hired for.They put in gas mine for dryer ,turned on wayer,filled hot water heaters,lit the pilot lights,fixed a leak in laundry room. This is a great company
