We've built up a lot of trust in Sean who installed a tankless hotwater heater, recirculating pump & timer, new supply line valves throughout our home as well as some corrections to older plumbing work done improperly. After the first tankless water heater arrived damaged, he worked supply chain magic to get a new unit when no suppliers or even the Japanese manufacturer had them on hand. He is extremely responsive, does what he says he's going to do, knowledgeable and gives solid explanation for the work he does, the parts he's replacing and the principles on how it works. We'll definitely call Benjamin Franklin first the next time we need plumbing work done.

Had scheduled gas piping with another company (after my husband trenched halfway around the house) who called yesterday morning and said the supplies were on back order with an unknown delivery date. Called Benjamin Franklin who said they could send a technician today. Coles showed up, took one look, made a phone call and said they had the piping in stock. He went to pick up what he needed, came back and completed the job in around 2 hours. He even backfilled part of the trench so my husband wouldnâ t have to do it. We have an electrician coming out tomorrow so will be calling Cole to hook up our new gas range. Talk about going above and beyond! We have found our plumbers for life!
