They came the afternoon I called. Ken was the advisor and he gave me an honest appraisal of what needed to be done. The work was done within the time he estimated and at exactly the cost he estimated. It does not get better than that.

This is the first time we have used Home Advisor and although the work was done, and done well, we assumed that the company we were referred to was local, it was not and that created a rather large trip charge.

They arrived when they were scheduled. The kitchen sink fixture was replaced. along with a water leak repair. Final project turned out great!"

The plumber, Adam was very professional and skilled. He did an excellent job in a short time. He was neat and polite. We were very impressed! I would definitely use this company again.

All I needed was thee installation of a kitchen faucet. The other faucet had already been removed as well as the hot water service line. I could not reach the cold water line. It took him about 30 minutes to replace the new filter which I had already purchased. He stated the faucet would be fine. Less than 1 week later the faucet leaks in two places. He charged me $150.00 plus $69.00 service fee (I did have a coupon for that). As far as I am concerned I'll will do without, before I use this company again. Seniors cannot survive at these rates.

He broke the ceramic radiant of our gas open flame bath wall heater. Water heater stopped working properly after serviceman relit it; water only gets very warm and I turned it to very hot the next morning. This afternoon there was a Very Strong Natural Gas Presence inside the house when I returned. He also denied leaving a bless'ed mess.
