The first time I use them everything went well. The second time I was going to use them the tech tried to rip me off. He told me he had to replace something that was not broken. He did not know that I knew a little bit about plumbing my self. He was tying to charge $ 200.00 for a part that did not need replacing.

Very professional, took the time to explain everything and answer our questions.

had an issue with scheduling but they got me put on the schedule as soon as i called, they were prompt and fast as well. only issue is the faucet is not fully sealed to the shower, minor and my husband just put some clear silicone around it.

I have always seen their advertising never thought I would need them. They are exactly as the advertise. He came on time he was very friendly, he look over the work needed to be completed and gave me a price with an explanation, at first the price was more than what I was willing to pay. he re look at it discuss what he could d to get the price down I agreed and he did the work and completed with out down grading the quality of the work . He was cheaper than the previous company I call. I never told I had someone else to look at it first, he never new he was under cutting someone else price. I would hire them again. All plumber are high but Benjamin Franklin is more reasonable in my opinion

Plumbing company did not call before repairman arrived 1:45 early. Might have missed repairment since he was so early. Also, HomeAdvisor schedule did not match company appointment.

We have had a washing machine drain that has given us problems ever since we've moved in 16 years ago. Have to have somebody come out ever other year to have it cleared. Had the entire plumbing and walls replaced 3 years ago due to water damage. Thought we had everything fixed after that. We didn't. Finally had Benjamin Franklin come out and they worked for several hours clearing the drain and found 2 clogs in the main line with an extra long Powered Plumbing Auger. They were professional, Nice and also caulked a spare bath tub that we had replaced. Will use again if any new plumbing problems arise.
