+ -1 moreWe were given a written estimate to do the work and were told it would take 6-8 weeks. It has now been almost 7 months and the work is not finished. We have had to pay almost $12,000 more than we were supposed to and still don have everything completed and he says he is out of money. He has basically walked away until we can afford to pay for what still needs to be completed. The plumber and electrician have not been paid. Looks like we will have to file suit to get the work completed. Tony says he feels bad that we are in the place we are in but doesn't seem to want to take responsibility for his quote.
Description of Work: 600 square foot addition and remodel entire house.

+ -1 moreIf he does quality work at all I have not seen proof. For me he does the bare minimum.
Description of Work: The few times I've used Tony's Construction he has disappointed me. He put in a new door leading to my carport. There is such a gap that every bug in the world comes into my house. He installed a water heater, but managed to drop it putting a huge dent in it. He tried several times to keep the flat roof over my carport from leaking and it still leaks like crazy.

+ -1 moreHe lives just down the street from me, but he has a business. I told him that I would see how well he did. His fee was reasonable. He was on time and he didn’t waste any time getting over here.
Description of Work: I used Tony's Construction to fix my carport. I had a leaking carport roof; it’s a flat roof and it was leaking pretty badly. He has also installed a water heater for me when mine had gone bad. He is a general contractor.
