 + -1 moreI always have really good luck with them. They just have always done a good job for me. They are just really nice and pleasant and know what they are doing. I think their price is comparable to everyone in the area. Their price is average.

 + -1 moreHe is very trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. The people that work for him are all very nice and personable.
Description of Work: The last time they were out was to clean the coil, the motor, and replace the motor mount. He has also done basic upkeep on the system and replaced the whole system back in 1996.

 + -1 moreThey came out three different times. They put Freon in the unit, replaced the fan, and attempted to repair the compressor. I was not pleased with their service. It seemed like every time they came out, they would find a different problem, which seemed kind of suspicious to me. They responded well. They were courteous and professional. I probably would not use them again.

 + -1 moreThe work cost me $120. I had touched a button next to the battery slot. I did not know that and the guy had to come to look at the issue. They would have helped me over the phone had they known what the issue was. I have been using them for about 35 years now. So, I have built a relationship with them. They have been prompt with everything. They normally do not charge for a service if it is something simple, but this time they did not know. They have been very generous. They came out just as soon as they could. They were punctual. I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Porters Heating & Air Conditioning, four weeks ago. They changed the battery in my thermostat.
