Description of Work: I have never had to use a plumbing service before, so I did not really know what to expect. Peter Paul's was referred to me by a friend and I was very pleased with all aspects of their work and the project execution.

Description of Work: Very prompt in helping with water leak on main line to house.

Description of Work: Replaced a water heater that started to leak. Called them when we discovered the leak. This was in the afternoon. They showed up at 8:00AM with a new, replacement heater. They put tarps on the floors and left the house as clean as can be. Nice guys that did quality work on time.

When I finally got them on the phone, they just laughed and said they had double booked and were unsure when they could come. I told them not to bother coming. Description of Work: Only one person able to give a quote on a plumbing remodel, unfortantely he was on vacation for two weeks. When he return he did give us a call and we set up an appt for him to come give us an estimate. Well he never showed or called.

Description of Work: I used Peter Paul's Plumbing Inc for plumbing about five years ago. I had a leak and they had to tear out my walls and reroute.

Description of Work: I called for a normal plumbing repair on Wed., March 14th. The plumbers repaired my kitchen sink sprayer and tightened a leaky shower head. The next morning I got up and I had no water in the shower, so I called them and they came right out. They spent at least 3 hours at my house, trying to open up the shower--w/o success. I left town and then recalled them when I got home.They came out that same morning. Because all other methods failed to open the line, this time the plumbers had to open a wall giving them access to the valve in the shower. They went in through the wall which backs up to a cabinet. When they removed the pipe and valve, they found that, when I remodeled about 11 years ago, the plumber had failed to remove a plastic piece before installing the pipe and valve. This had affected my water pressure over the years and now had clogged the pipe so that I got no water. They corrected the issue and neatly covered the whole between the cabinet wall/access to pipes in wall in a way that, in the future, will give easy access to the shower should another plumbing issue occur. They also installed two new shower heads, one in this bath and another in a second bathroom, while there. Before leaving, these plumbers always pick up & clean up, although I always go in afterwards to re-clean.

Description of Work: This company does not provide 24 hour emergency service. I called both the number listed on Angie's List and on the company web site. Both answering services stated that the company does not have after-hours service.

Description of Work: The gentlemen and there were 2 were very courteous. They answered all my questions and they showed up when they said they would show up. The work was quality and I would recommend this company to anyone. They replaced an old shower head in the master bath and repaired a leak on a fawcet in the master bath.

Description of Work: Originally called out to do a simple hook up of a gas meter that we were moving. When they got under the house to see where everything ran they found it was all copper lines. This is against city code. Instead of going straight to a complete refit with all new pipes, they tried to find the city inspector. They wanted to see if he would accept keeping the lines IF they could pass the pressure testing and there were no leaks. We were unable to use the old pipes though due to an unknown gas leak under the house. The owner came out, offered his estimate, and said he would understand if we wanted to call another plumber. Everything came to a halt. We decided to go with Peter Pauls Plumbing. The gas company went ahead and finished all they could but due to the late time the plumbers had to come back first thing the next morning. They worked non stop to get the work done before the long holiday weekend. They were trying to make sure there was enough time to call the inspector and the gas company back to complete the project. As far as we can tell, they did a great job. The job was green tagged without any setbacks. The price was fair and they didn't charge for the first day and the work they had done since they had to return and do such a large job. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Installed new kitchen faucet, repaired faucet leak in bathroom, checked hot water heater and replaced dip tube, which had completely fallen apart and replaced bib washers on three outside faucets. Also, reset and sealed toilet.

Description of Work: Diagnosed water backing up through the pipes into the sink and ran a snake under the house to clear it out.

Description of Work: I had a water leak at the connection between the water intake and the valve to the ice maker water supply behind the water heater. I called for service and the plumber was here within one hour. He found the problem quickly and went to work to repair and reroute the ice maker water valve so that it is easily accessible. He was efficient and professional and completed the job in one and one-half hours.
