Description of Work: Used this company for 2 months . . . The initial cleaning job was great. After that the cleaning was not so great. They came every other week - had to have them re-do the cleaning job on two different occasions. I finally "fired" them in January. They asked if they could send another crew to clean at no-charge. I allowed this, hoping the new crew would do a better job. I fired them in February. I vacuumed the house after the second week - it looked like the house had not been vacuumed in a month. My Dyson canister had to be dumped THREE times!!! This proved to me that they did not do their job well!! I will not recommend them again nor will I ever use them again - I was paying WAY TOO much money for my house to not be SPOTLESS!!!!

Description of Work: This was understood by person that answered the phone that it was to be like a spring cleaning. Vacuuming, mopping, door jams, vent-a-hood, top of refrigerator, blinds including vertical blinds, dusting, bathrooms,etc. When the two ladies arrived late at approximately 4P.M. they were not at all prepared to finish cleaning. They had been told it was just a regular cleaning. I had to keep asking if they were going to clean here or there and the last thing I asked them about was the vertical blinds in the kitchen. They said they could finish the rest of the blinds and other dusting the next day. And offered me a monthly cleaning rate of $200. I said no thank you. Have never used them again.

Description of Work: I was shocked at the prices from MERRY MAIDS, to come in the first day and clean $290.00 and come in ones a month $ 219.00 and this is for one bed room, living room, small bath and kitchen. Les than 800 sq ft. I am one person fairly neat and clean. After paying this, that wood leave me with dog food and crackers and my little dogs come first. I am a senior citizen living S.S.
