"I called to schedule a garage door repair on Thursday of last week. I was confirmed for Friday. I worked from home and called several times to check the status. The only information I received was "sometime later". I did call the 806-372-5884 number. I waited until 5pm and then requested a quote/call from Dockins Overhead Door. They called me within 2 minutes, scheduled me for Monday and gave me a 2 hour window of when to expect them as well as pricing. I still haven't heard from Overhead Door Company. Go with a company that actually values your time and money- call Dockins."
