UPDATED AS OF 08/19/2020: The job never happened as you can see from the text message photos. He promised over and over again that he would show and never did. Even asked me not to move on. Not trustworthy and after you leave a negative review he will call you to tell you what he thinks and call you a liar. Very unprofessional. Worst experience w angies list. But the proof is there for everyone to see he lied over and over again! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. Ortiz at first seem to be a nice / professional person to communicate with, At first. I called him giving the details of what I needed to be done. He said he was more than able to fulfill this job no problem. On that phone call we scheduled a time and date for him to show up and we together would go buy everything needed. Well he NEVER SHOWED, DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL ME OR ANSWER ANY OF MY CALLS AND TEXTS. This happened not once, not twice, but THREE times. Finally on the last broken promise to arrive I no longer was interested or even trusted him to do any labor around my home. I notified him that he no longer needed to worry I was moving on Now all of a sudden he is calling and texting me back to back. He would give me the most bazar reasons as to why he couldn't show up but each time asked me to please not move on to another company. Now I am weeks down the road and back to square one due to all his empty promises. I would not even feel safe with him in my home regardless of how affordable his prices are. I would rather pay more for an honest worker who understands peoples time is just as valuable. NEVER trust Mr, Ortiz he probably wont show up and when you hear from him be ready for the list of excuses as to why he never called/texted/or showed up to work. ZERO stars if that was possible. I FEEL HE IS A PROFESSIONAL SCAMMER!!!!!!!

Ortiz Remodeling put up a new wooden fence at my property and also stained it a nice color. The pricing was fair and we got a full estimate up front. No surprises. The work was finished quickly and it is very well done. We found Ortiz Remodeling on Angie’s List and we’re so glad we chose them to do this job for us. We are very happy with the end results and if we need any other work done in the future we will be calling Ortiz Remodeling again.

Mr. Ortiz did an excellent job on our fence that was literally falling apart. He came out, gave us an estimate, and was even able to save us money by salvaging what he could from our old fence. He worked around our schedule and provided us with a fair price. The estimate was given to us up front so there were no surprises. The work he did on our fence was great and we are extremely pleased with the results. It gave our entire home and yard an updated appearance. I wish I had the option to upload pictures because my words don’t do it justice. However, I do not see that option here. I highly recommend Ortiz Remodeling for your remodeling needs. He came out and had the work completed even quicker than we thought and even hauled off the scraps from the old fence so we wouldn’t have to. Mr. Ortiz is a pleasure to work with as he is always courteous, respectful, and very informative. I felt so at ease and well informed working with him. We will actually be seeking him out again to redo our indoor wooden cabinets soon because we are very pleased with his work. I’d give Ortiz Remodeling 10 stars if I could!
