Jack with Action Painting came out to give me an estimate on replacing the drywall and painting the interior of a house I was remodeling. I followed up with three phone calls looking for the completed estimate and was told by Jack each time that it was almost ready. I finally gave up and never received my estimate.

Follow up was done quickly and professionally.

It took them a while to return my call but after that they were fine.

I felt very comfortable even though I was in a house full of men. They were on time. They didn't waste my time or theirs in getting the job done.

I called Action Painting to get a quote on patching a small sheetrock hole and repainting a room. The next day Jose called to arrange and come out to give me the quote the following morning. He arrived promptly and gave me a quote for the painting. While he was at the house he noticed that several of the hangers that had been left by the previous owners would leave holes in the sheetrock in another room, and he had the crew patch and repaint those holes for no additional charge. The crew of three men arrived promptly and got to work very quickly. I was very impressed with how carefully they taped over the light switches and baseboards to ensure the job was neat. When they were finished, there was no trace of lime green left and the room looked great. One of the crew members gave me an address to mail the payment to, and a day after I mailed the check I received an emailed receipt. I will definitely use Action Painting again!

Action is a very professional company. They worked out really great. They did such a good job with both houses. They were very professional and they should get a double star for their work. I gladly recommend them. They were very reasonable and not overpriced. I believe one house cost me $3000 and $2500 for the other. I needed this done and if I ever do anything else like this, they will be the ones I call first.

The worked started out good, but the project had to be put on hold because of the weather in our area. The doors did have some sticking and the doors were bonded shut. They came back out the correct the problem, so I was happy with it.

We called them on Tuesday, the 12th and spoke to a live person. They said that they'd call us back the next day, but they did not call back. My husband called them back on the 13th, the day that they were supposed to call us, and they told us that they had quite a few calls, and they assured us that they would be in touch. My husband received a call from them on the 15th at approximately 10:30 in the morning saying that they were a mile away and wanted to come out for the estimate. My husband then called me to see if I would be home, but I had another appointment and no one would have been there for the estimate. My husband called him back and left a message that that time didn't fit into our schedule, but we have not heard back from them.

No one ever returned my call, so I never got the project finished.

Crew arrived quite a few minutes late, without a call to alert me. Had to call myself for status. Crew supervisor was friendly, respectful, and explained how repairs would be done (which matched the detailed estimate provided to me earlier). As work progressed, he showed me the repairs for my approval. Crew did not waste time during work. Completed repairs, appeared to be accurate and were neatly done.Crew removed construction debris and swept garage floor. My overall experience was a good one and I will consider this company for future projects.

The company took over a week to respond to my RFP. When they did come, the representative was very nice & polite, but did not listen to what I needed done, which was to paint the walls with a minor sheetrock repair in our upstairs game room. His original estimate included painting the ceiling, which I specifically said more than once that we did not want done. Taking the ceiling out of the equation only reduced the estimate by $5.00, and the bid was still several hundred dollars than the next highest bid, plus WE had to supply the paint, whereas the other companies supplied all supplies, including paint in their estimates.

They did a good job for me. They were supposed to send someone out to do some electrical work, but haven't responded back to me about that. I was satisfied with the work that they did.

It went very well, but they underestimated the amount of time needed, and consequently the price, and I therefore need to schedule them to return to finish the job. But the workmanship was wonderful, they raised the issue of going over the estimate to me early enough that I could make a decision, they were professional throughout the process, and they did a walk through with me and were able to go back and pick up the areas I pointed out.

Jose and his crew arrived on time and began promptly after explaining the method in which they would perform their work. They took thorough caution in the area of the ceiling repair to cause no further damage to the house or our personal effects.

Ask for bid to paint most of the interior of my home. Company was prompt and bid was in line item form. They were in the range of other bid but I chose to go with other firm because ACTION uses a crew of 6-8 and other company was just one guy (two at most)so I thought the uniformity would be better.

They did an excellent job from the start, removed all inside doors, taped the walls, taped paper on the floors, plastic over doorways, and covered furniture with tarps. They did a very professional job making ready and priming all surfaces, and then did a very, very good paint job. The last thing they did was paint window sills and put the doors back on. They cleaned up neatly every night and were done on time. Then the foreman does a final walk through (with or without you), making sure the job is perfect. He knows what he's doing. I will use this company again.

This company was professional from start to finish. The estimate was thorough, neatly typed and promptly received. The crew arrived right on time and worked on several areas at once, so that everything was completed in just a couple of days. The windowsills were tricky, and they came back without hesitation to repaint them. The workmanship was excellent, and everyone was very pleasant and courteous. We will definitely use Action Painting again!

The workmanship was exemplary their personalities and the cost were great...everything was a wonderful experience. I will be using them again.

We were really pleased with their work. They were polite and professional. This is the third time we have used them and plan on using them again in the future.

They did a good job. They were clean and punctual. My only beef was that I handed them a credit card when we were ready to pay, and they did not take credit cards.

Contractor started and finished project on time. I am absolutely satisfied with the quality of work performed by this company. The workers were all highly professional and they treated me with the highest possible respect and regard. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

After waiting an hour past the scheduled time, I had to call to find out if they were coming. I did get a prompt return call telling me they were on the way but no apology for not calling or coming on time. They went straight to work & did work non-stop for several hours. I'm not completely satisfied with the job they did with the sheetrock mud. I can still see the line where the sheetrock was replaced. The paint job was ok- minimal drips on the floor but I did find a few runs. My biggest complaint is that I feel like I was charged way too much for the amount of work done in such a small area.

These guys did a fantastic job. The sales rep. was prompt for the estimate appointment, and they were prompt on the day they came to paint. They patched my walls and textured them. They even repaired a spot on the ceiling that I didnt notice and without an extra charge! They painted my entire interior house. It looked like a brand new home when they were finished. The job was very neatly done. I didnt notice any paint spills on the carpet. I fully recommend this company to anyone who needs their house painted or sheetrock repaired.

CONTACTED THE COMPANY ON MONDAY AND ASKED IF THE JOB COULD BE DONE QUICKLY. ADVISED THEY COULD FIT ME INTO THE SCHEDULE ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND WOULD CALL PRIOR TO COMING OUT. ESTIMATE OF ARRIVAL WAS BETWEEN 1PM & 2PM. THEY CALLED ME AT 12:40 AND SAID THEY WERE ON THE WAY. THEY ARRIVED AT 1:20, COMPLETED THE WORK, WERE VERY POLITE, AND MADE SURE ALL WAS SATISFACTORY BEFORE LEAVING. THEY HAD TO BRING A TALL LADDER AND WERE CAREFUL ON THE FLOORS WHEN SETTING THE LADDER UP. A FOLLOW UP CALL WAS MADE THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE ALL OF THE WORK WAS TO MY SATISFACTION.

THEY WERE CAREFUL OF OTHER PARTS OF THE HOUSE. THEY WERE PROMPT, POLITE AND PUT DOWN DROPCLOTHES UNDER THEIR WORK AREA. WHEN THEY FINISHED, EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN WITH NO MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN.
