Description of Work: Three (3) ceiling fans were replaced new fans - one each in the living room, dining room and a bedroom - along with variable speed remote wall controls which also required work in the attic. The installers were on time, skilled, friendly, and professional. I was impressed with their professionalism, and the 3 fans and 3 remotes still perform like new!

Description of Work: Another provider called them to fix some carpentry work that came up after an installation. The person who came by was quite unprofessional, and is exactly what you fear in a contractor. When he came by for bid, and found out another company was going to cover the cost, he said that 'that's great, I can jack up the price'. Makes me wonder if i were paying if that same attitude would apply as well. He never really followed up after that. Found a different provider.

This is not the norm at Handyman Connection. That man no longer works for Handyman Connection. My fault for hiring him. I will learn from this experience. We would never gouge any customer. I am embarrassed about the experience that you had. We do great work and have many other Craftsman that are excellent people and craftsman. I missed on this guy. Description of Work: We had major water damage in our home. After all the water was gone, the dry-wall finished, we found we had a lot of repairs left. We hired a fantastic handyman from Handyman Connection, his name was Louis. He was a perfectionist. He did painting and carpentry for us. He was incredibly professional, ultra-neat, and took great pride in his work. The service we received surpassed our expectations. Highly Recommend!

Description of Work: a few small projects around the house..attention to detail was somewhat lacking..dropped grout mix on the metal roof and then wiped it with a cleaning agent that took off some of the color of the awning..luckily it was not too visible from the front

Description of Work: Gentleman was very nice and worked longer than the agreed upon time frame. |However he was not entirely competent. Installed weather stripping around exterior doors and installed three exterior solar lights. He did do an adequate job.
