Description of Work: The bid was quickly delivered, and sheetrock repair and painting was done by a team that knew what they were doing. All interior surfaces, furniture, and artwork was protected from any dust or damage. Definitely recommended based on this one experience.

Description of Work: Had the shower regrouped and a crack in the drywall repaired. The grouting work was sloppy and the clean up was poor too. The drywall crack was not done to my satisfaction so I did not agree to pay for the repair.

Description of Work: The quote provided was 3 times the amount of the other quote we received. We did not use them due to the very high cost. We would consider getting a quote again if we had a very small job to do.

I appreciate your comments. I bid the job myself and with the height of the balcony and the leg work needed for your parents home we felt that it was a fair price. Austin is a very competitive city and many new contractors moving in as we speak. We may not be the cheapest, but we have a 1 yr guarantee on all of our work and all of our guys have passed a background ck. Hopefully we can work together in the future and you can see that we are as professional doing the work also.

Description of Work: Service representative came by and viewed scope of work. Estimate provided following day. 2700 for flooring install, and 700 for exhaust fan ductwork. Th flooring install was done by another contractor for 1700 total, and the exhaust fan ductwork is still pending, the proposal submitted by this company was not complete because the did not carry insurance that allowed them to go on the roof.
