Great. Kevin initially came out to give a quote. He offered to pick up the door from Home Depot. The intial door didn't fit and he ordered the proper door. He installed it as quoted but we weren't happy with the fit of the eco-friendly door. He came back and made the proper adjustments and now the door sits and looks great! They were very punctual and professional and I would definitely use them again.

Office manager/dispatch is very professional and organized. The handymen themselves were less reliable. Logan, the first handyman I spoke with, took my details and promised an estimate for the work. He never provided an estimate. Phil came out to install the cieling fan and the power switch for the cieling fan was poorly installed and stuck out from the wall a 1/4'. He recommended that I fill the gap with caulking. A later handyman took the switch out and found that there were unnecessary pieces inside the switch that caused it to stick out. Once those were removed the cover fit flush. Phil continued to show a poor attention to detail: -He installed one outlet cover upside down, so the childproof cover could not be used. I had to fix this one -He installed white power outlets in black settings in a dark wall. I replaced these upon my return. -He insisted that the appropriate hardware had not been delivered for one of the child gates. Once I returned, I easily found all of the necessary hardware in the box and installed it myself. You pay a premium to have a professional do the work, you expect it to be done well.

Cruz was very professional, friendly, and worked around our schedule. He installed a new hanging light fixture on our cathedral ceiling over our stairs. It is a difficult location to reach, and we and friends had been unable to devise a method of safely getting to it. Cruz actually had a simple custom-made platform that he was able to place on the stairs to hold his ladder. He removed the old fixture, then assembled and installed the new one, taking care to ensure it hung to the level we wanted. He cleaned up all the pieces when he was done. We love our new light.

I was disappointed that he didn't offer to lower the price himself from $250.00 that was his original price since I had already purchased the materals that were needed. He didn't have to go and get them (which would have added more time onto his hourly rate). When I brought that to his attention he lowered the price to $140.00 and I signed the agreement. He fixed the bathroom faucet by unscrewing the end of the faucet and replacing the washer. Had a little trouble getting that old peephole out of the front door, put got the new one in OK. He Got the numbers nailed onto the house. Got the lightbulb into the security light. The biggest job was to get that outside water facet replaced because it was leaking. I ended up having to call a plumber out because this guy couldn't get the old faucet off. So in the end I was not satisfied with what I paid compared to the work that was done. It took less than 2 hours. I think I paid too much!

Cruz Martinez spent about three days perfoming multiple repairs in my home, which was built in 1978. He replaced corroded plumbing in both my bathrooms, repaired valves and fixed the leaking toilet, installed a new kitched faucet, repaired kitchen woodwork, removed fluorescent ceiling light fixtures, re-did old '70s light box including scraping popcorn off, doing drywall patching, texturing, painting, doing trimwork and installing electrical box in ceiling to ready it for new lighting treatment, installed doorbell, outdoor light fixtures, repaired closet louvre door that was off track, and fixed old sliding glass door in family room that has been inoperable for years (going to several suppliers to find the right wheels). He is returning to replace the fireplace gas pipe, which will finish all the work I requested. If I had one semi-negative thing to say, it would be regarding scheduling. Since I work at home I was available most of the time and told them I was flexible, but I was expecting Cruz one morning and he didn't make it until the next day. I would have appreciated the office advising me of the schedule change but I didn't get a phone call or anything. I think this was just an oversight, but if I had taken off work to meet him it would have been irritating. Other than that small complaint, I was very pleased with Cruz's work and found him to be knowledgeable in all aspects of home repair - a true "handyman." He went the extra mile regarding several aspects of the repairs I needed that I don't think many repairmen would have troubled themselves with. I am especially happy with my new kitchen faucet (he talked me into a better "high arc" faucet with built-in sprayer, which I love) and I am overjoyed that my ancient sliding door is no longer a non-functioning "window." (It was questionable whether this could be repaired or needed to be replaced, and he really saved me $$ by finding the right wheels - now it glides smoothly!) Overall, I am very pleased with all the work done and will call Cruz for any future needs. I would recommend using Handyman Connection to anyone, provided they send Cruz - he is the only one I have experience with and he was excellent.

He fixed the pipe very quickly. It was a spur-of-the-moment call and he came right out. He did a very good job. I was a little surprised by the price.

It went very well. Tony, come out on time and even called before he was to arrive to let me know he was on his way, great since it was early morning. He worked very efficiently and cleaned up after any work he did. I love all of the changes he helped me make.

Everything they did was excellent. I would recommend them highly to anyone. The pricing was upfront and they were right on target and trustworthy.

The first time they helped fix up a home that was up for sale. They did painting, dry wall repair, putting down some caulk around bathroom fixtures, etc. The second time we used them they installed ceiling fans.

It has been a while since I had used them. They were punctual and very informative. Their price was a little high but it was okay.

I called and made an appointment for a Wednesday morning. Cruise, the drywall guy, never showed up. I called the main office and they quickly apologized. I rescheduled for later in the afternoon but Cruise was running late, so we rescheduled for the next day. Finally, Cruise showed up to scope out the job. He never sent us the estimate. Didn't bother calling this company back.

They were really good. It was really inexpensive for the work they did. He was here for almost eight hours. I was impressed because he gave me a bid but spent way more time here than he expected but he honored the price he gave me.

He was very good. He was professional and he was a very nice gentleman. He was right on time but I didn't get a response every time.

David Hughes was really nice, punctual, and honest with the pricing along with what I could afford. He made the rental house look nicer overall. Good and hard worker. I would ask for David Hughes to do work for me again.

They did an excellent job, we are happy with the work. Price reflects labor. Price seemed fair, but I didn't have anything to compare to.

It worked out very well. I would call them again, and highly recommend them. The experience was very good. I thought the price was fair. The man who came was very skilled. He didn't try to do things that he didn't know how to do. He was honest with me.

They were able to come out on the same day we called. They did a good job and we were pleased. I don't remember exactly how much it cost, but it was under $100.00. However, we bought the lock and they just put it on. The guy that did the job was fast, efficient, and polite. We had a couple of other door-related problems and he looked at those while he was there. That was nice. They were responsive because they were able to send someone within a few hours of when we called. I would use them again in the future if I had a project to do.

They were good and I had no problems. They were fine. Overall it was a positive experience. I would use their services in future, if needed.

The workers were punctual, industrious,polite, did not waste time. Overall I was very pleased with the work and the workers.

They responded to my initail call very promptly and had a person look at the work to be done to get me a quote. On actual day of service, the technician arrived on time and completed the job very professionally, giving me all the details as how to maintain the new faucet, what might have gone wrong with the old one. He cleaned up the work area thoroughly. He was very courtious and professional.

Don arrived right on time, assessed the damage and told me what needed to be done. I was very pleased that he did the work that same day. He went to both Home Depot and Lowe's to get supplies and came back and completed the work. The baseboards look great. I was happy that I didn't have to take another day off to get the work done.

They gave me a pretty accurate estimate though they didn?t know all of the material for the door. The back door didn?t work properly the first time, so they sent people out to fix it. There was no problem getting them again. They didn?t leave any mess and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional and knew what they were doing.
