This company is the best. They are reasonable, (in fact, they're cheap). They are fast and their quality of work is top shelf.

Had an emergency broken coupling and found this company on HomeAdvisor. I called numerous times after my initial call for their service. I could never get a service time or a quote from them on the needed repair. Service man arrived at 8:30 pm, and had to go to Lowe's to get the needed part. Arrived back to my residence at 9:15 pm. He did no digging since the city of Harlingen had found the water leak, and left it open. The charges were $249.00 to repair one broken coupling. I definitely felt I was taken advantage of . Invoice was a sham. Definitely don't recommend to single women.

These guys were great they came up with a solution to my problem and came out right away.

Prompt, efficient, caring. I did have to call back for a minor leak, after they left. However they returned shortly and remedied the issue. A bit pricy, but would call again, if needed.

My "broken" air conditioner was not broken at all. Farrell Plumbing suggested we simply replace the filter and that solved our problem. Farrell Plumbing didn't even charge me. They have earned my strongest recommendation! It's rare to find that kind of honesty today.

After paying on the spot f their service I contacted them repeatedly for a printed invoice. Each time they promised to send me one by email but I have yet to receive it and I checked the email with them each time. I guess we’ll have to go there in person!

It is difficult to say when I was not there to see work, but a neighbor said he arrived on time, was thorough in his examination for leaks, but found none. The problem he did find could not repair, but offered to replace.
