 + 1 moreIan for years has been helping me with the normal maintenance of my computers and phone. There has never been anything that I presented to him that he was not very experienced in. Jr has set up passwords and as new software became available he has streamlined all my passwords that used to drive me crazy. He is very flexible on accommodating your schedule He has also solved all my TV problems. I would highly recommend him as a person and as an excellent software engineer.

 + -1 moreMr. Bowen is very professional, prompt, AND personable with a dry wit. He is highly knowledgeable about all things technology, and is also a pleasure to work with. He's not that typical "RTFM" computer lord who makes you feel stupid, rather explains everything in an understandable AND understanding way. Not only would I hire Mr Bowen again, I have, and I recommend him to everyone I know!
Description of Work: I had some malware that was keeping my computer hostage, and Mr. Bowen remotely repaired it. In fact, he greatly improved it's performance!
