+ -1 moreI wanted to ensure to all on Angies list that Mr. Rodney Grubb (Owner of Tropical House Cleaning) has shown to be unreliable with scheduling and more importantly very reluctant to gain insurance or bonding for his company.
Description of Work: I was referred to Mr.Rodney Grubb (Owner of Tropical House Cleaning) in late December 2012 by a neighbor and Angies List reference as it was in my neighborhood. After weeks of discussion and figuring out particulars I found out Mr Grubb deliberately chose to not insure or bond him self or his company due to cost considerations. After discussing with referring neighbor, I chose to give Mr. Grubb a chance with me being present during the service provided. On the 14th of February Mr Grubb and I finally chose Mon the 25th of February 2013 at 300 pm as a time he and his sone would clean my house. We confirmed on the 24th of February 2013 that the 25th of February was good for 300pm. On the 25th of February @ 310pm Mr. Grubb nor anyone from his cleaning business had not shown up nor called. I texted him to find out where he was and he texted back this exact message "Not for you, dont call my service anymore". I must say I was quite confused as we had not had any negative conversation other than the fact he wasnt insured or bonded.

+ -1 moreTropical Paradise is excellent, prompt, dependable, and I have had no problems at all with them.
Description of Work: Tropical Paradise comes out and cleans my house. They come out every other week and they do dusting, floors, and bathrooms.
