Description of Work: He gave me an estimate of $250 to fix my bathroom ceiling and some bathroom tile (just grout work). He spread some grout over the tile and sprayed some popcorn stuff on the ceiling. He left it all to dry for a few hours. He said he would finish the work the next day. He asked for some money so i gave him $150 (my mistake). When it dried I noticed that the ceiling was not even and didnt look right. I asked him to fix it right and he said ok. He left and i never heard from him again.
