Run!! Seriously!! Once the service manager got involved it became a nightmare! “Do Right” (a moto noted on their website) how about “Do wrong”! So you are probably reading this looking to buy a pool, and like me you are researching companies and trying to find the best fit for your project! Why...because you are spending a small fortune on this project, but also if done wrong this could devalue your home. Well I will tell you this...Richard’s fooled me for sure and I pray you don’t let them do the same to you! Sweet family photos online, BBB ratings, attentiveness at the contract/drawing process...then BOOM...all of a sudden I am “incompetent, expect too much, and they are losing money on me” (literally all said to me by the management). Kyle and Tammy killed it making sure the major things were done but then then Stacy got involved on August 1st and my June 2017 project did not fully complete until March of 2018. After he obliterated me on the phone (not once or twice but several times), he finally realized what I was trying to explain & admitted he “missed that” and fixed it BUT this wasn’t until months of either verbal degradation or completely ignoring me as well as me making a trip from Pearland to the facility (where the owner wouldn’t even come down to speak to me...the same one who said “I’m here to speak anytime”). Do I have a pretty pool...sure do, does it function as sold...not even kinda (but at this point there is nothing I can do), and the no money made off of me actually adds up to 60+k but because I’m labeled a “family fun pool” evidently no money was made. So I ask you who did “right” here? I wanted to be a cheerleader for this company...but truth is I wouldn’t be “doing right” if I let others be treated the way I was. Sad thing is I even tried referring a friend before it got bad...they wouldn’t call her back and then when they did they canceled on her! So I hope my experience sheds light on this company and helps someone not be treated the way I was!

Well, of course everything at first was fine...gave them the 5,000.00 down....then everything went downhill with communication.never could get anyone to call back...had to call at least 3 or 4 times to get their girl Jessica to call back...then she would make up stories....then one day I was at the end of my rope...she and I got into it....she yelled at me,laughed, said I was on speaker,just totally unprofessional and hung up.....I have never experience anything like that, she was so disrespectful...then a man stepped in and apologized for everything said he heard everything and really was sorry......well I am still waiting for them to fix something....I have again called at lease 4 times.....so no I cannot give them any stars......just uncalled for. ........it's a shame ...so just make sure you get everything in writing and get a time table....

They did the work as outlined. Very professional and we knew most potential issues upfront. There was a small issue of a gas line but that was resolved at no extra cost. However the landscaping was not completed as designed and even after multiple attempts to rectify no one ever finished planting the palm trees. As pleased as we are with the design and installation, their service department leaves much to be desired.
