+ -1 moreProsource's sales tactics involve getting contractors to refer them to other contractors in a pyramid scheme. I wish they would have been honest with me over the phone instead of asking me to come down and meet with them, wasting half of my day. There are plenty of wholesalers out there that sell to contractors without trying to charge them yearly dues.
Description of Work: Prosource told me over the phone that they sold wholesale to contractors, and wanted me to come in and meet with them. Their prices sounded good until they told me it would cost me $150 per year membership fee to deal with them. I told them that I was not interested in paying them to buy from them.

+ -1 moreThe flooring company returned my call right away, and stopped by to give an estimate. Their prices were quite reasonable, and they showed me different shades of tiles, and explained their warranties. The installation was scheduled as soon as the tiles were available, and the installers were on time. They laid the tile in a diamond shape, and cleaned up as they went. They did an excellent job, and left the house in great shape.
Description of Work: Prosource of Clearlake laid twenty-two inch tiles in my laundry room, bathroom, hall floors, and arranged them in a diamond shape.
