They were very friendly and responsive on the front end but as soon as we signed a contract with them it was all down hill from there. Their 43 years of experience didn't add to much when you can't get them to give you a straight answer for 2 full months. We didn't know when they were going to get to us until the week they started. We signed in November and they didn't start until late January. With rebuilding after Harvey this is the only contractor I had to oversee myself, including missing several days of work to make sure they could keep moving forward and make alterations later. Alterations that should have lead to a lower bill. Ultimately they knocked several holes in our wall, left a mess of grout and excess materials, and took back only some of the materials that wasn't required. We fought with them for 2 months to get some of that money back and we are left still cleaning their mess.

This is for their Sugar Land store. They were very professional all the way. They installed the wood floor in April 2016. We noticed a few days later that some of the boards did not look right and had some flaws in them. We contacted the company. They sent a rep out to inspect it. Later they had the Armstrong/Bruce Flooring Rep come inspect the wood. They agreed some boards were not the best and agreed to replace them. We just wanted the bad boards replaced, however, they said they would replace the entire floor. It took a few months to get it scheduled, after everyone signed off and partly due to our schedule, but it was finally done in September. Their installer inspected every board this time. We are very satisfied with them and will use them again.

Insurance kicked in but it was about $25000. They had to come back and do the rest.

Excellent work! We have been in this house for 16 years and we have done all the floors. Every couple of years we do a different floor. I would continue to use them. There is one more floor to go.

We always do it before Christmas, it makes it a little easier.

Job went great. I had difficulty getting the house prepared since I just had someone move out of my home, had stuff everywhere plus was having health issues. I rescheduled once to get ready but was still not quite prepared when the crew arrived. They were great. They pushed the job back 2 days, but did stay to help me get items moved. I couldn't have done it without them. Despite starting the job 2 days late they finished up ahead of schedule and were great about moving everything, putting it back in place plus put felt pads on the bottoms of every single piece of furniture before putting it back! Not only that but they carried heavy items to the curb for me for trash pick-up and disposed of some old area rugs I no longer needed. They also cleaned up after themselves. The new floors look great and I get compliments on them all of them time. The only issue was one of my ceiling fans was damaged (must have happened while moving furniture). I would definitely use this company again!

When the company was contacted a worker came back to do a little here and there but it has been left up to me to try and clean the flooring. Clean up and finish work has been very difficult for me since I have had to have 2 knee replacements. Anyone using this company should have a written agreement that the floors will be cleaned and all finish work will be done before final payment.

We did some comparisons and we used them before. Their selections and what they have is what we wanted. They have done work for us before. They know their product and they get you closer to where you need to be pretty quickly.

Their prices were excellent and their service was outstanding.

Hector and his crew worked fast and got the job done with few issues. They ripped out the old carpet and installed vinyl planking upstairs and on the stairs just like downstairs. I wish the rest of the repairs went so well. It echoes upstairs now, but after we finish painting, get a few throw rugs, and get the upstairs unpacked again, that will go away. easy to clean. hilarious to hear the cats chase each other upstairs. This session went much easier than last fall. THANKS!

Overall, the sales person was knowledgeable and I was very impressed with the installers, There was a glitch in that I had hoped to get the carpet installed before Thanksgiving, but the carpet had to be back ordered which delayed it for a couple of weeks. Because of trying to get in done in a certain time frame, I signed a 6 month short term loan to get the job done on time, then due to the back order, it got delayed anyway. This short term loan is a problem, probably going to the Attorney Generals Office about it, it was with GE Capital Retail Bank. The loan was paid in full, check cleared my account on 12/11/2012 and the loan papers were signed 10/27/2012. Clearly paid well before the 6 months interest free time period. I started getting bills for GE Capital Retail Bank for $25 charge, never any explanation, it just showed up. I refuse to pay, 3 weeks ago I got a call form someone demanding $250,no explanation so I assumed it was some type of scam, I could not really understand his English at all. Now GE Capital Retail Bank is calling both work and cell phone at least 6 times a day on each phone and leaving messages twice a day, once on each. Bottom line, I was pleased overall, impressed with the installers, only hesitancy is with their having to back order the carpet without any warning which delayed the schedule for 2 weeks. However, I would recommend them as long as you pay cash or have your own financing, DO NOT under any circumstances try to finance through their plans, GE Capital Retail Bank is a rip off and when I checked the BBB, they were listed as A+ but had thousands of complaints against them. Most complaints were related to phone harassment.

Everyone with this store are professional and do excellent work. I was kept informed of any changes or concerns during the work. They also worked with me on choosing the installation date. I have used them before, and will continue to have work done by them. No problems at all. And the flooring looks great!

They did a good job. Everything from the sale to the installation was just terrific. And, their follow-up is pretty good. They were great to deal with. The vinyl planking is really good stuff. They were great and easy to deal with. They were helpful.

I have worked with My Flooring America since the beginning of 2012. At first, the work they did seemed very good. They tore up and replaced my kitchen and den tile with no problems at all and it looked beautiful. They then tore up and replaced my wood floors. We encountered several problems. The wrong wood was ordered and laid without double checking the product and it all had to be replaced. I was sent contractors who had faulty equipment such as an unbalanced sander and the wood was ruined. There were days that workers showed up very late or not at all. They were not very careful with my walls, doors, and paneling which all needed to be repaired. One worker was even extremely rude and in general I found them very frustrating to work with. After numerous issues, we fired them.

The installer intentionally opened up sealed doorways allowing demolition dust into other parts of the house. Installer did an awful job matching stain for the quarterround, getting stain on the new tile. The installer left mortar mess on my front sidewalk and driveway. MyFlooring America admitted to all the mistakes the installer made, but took 8 weeks to finally clean up the mess. Several of the fixes were mash-ups -- not done correctly, but MFA simply said that if it fails later, they'll fix it. I was incredibly frustrated with the low quality install and the low service level afterwards.

They said that they have to change the whole floor and I didn’t want that. I just wanted to fix the damaged parts and so they took samples. However they never fixed the damage. I went and complained and got my money back. They were nice, but just didn't do the job. I would not use them again.

Everyone from start to finish was professional and courteous. My project was under a time constraint, which was explained. The tardiness of the installation cost me a month's worth of mortgage.

Flooring America did a great job in my home. I would refer them to anyone. They did a very neat job. I was impressed that they made sure that the new floor matched the old existing floor. They were professional. I feel that I received quality workmanship and products for the price that I paid.

Max Care returned my call quickly and came by to give an estimate. Their prices were quite reasonable and they explained the cleaning solution and offered a guarantee. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as we agreed on a day and time, but the technician was over one hour late. He did a very good job and the carpet looked great.

Their prices were quite reasonable, and they explained why the steam cleans so well, and gave a guarantee of satisfaction. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as I agreed on a day, and the technician was on time. He moved all the furniture, and did a thorough job on the carpet. When he finished, he moved the furniture back in place, and put foil cups under the legs. He did an excellent job, and the carpet looked great.

I called Max Care, and they answered my call quickly, followed up with a carpet-cleaning estimate. Their prices were quite reasonable, and they were able to tell me the reason steam cleaning works so well. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as a day was set, and the technician was on time. He was careful when he moved the furniture back in place, and he did a very good job.

TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED AND THE WORKERS WERE NOT ALWAYS ON TIME. THE MATERIALS THEMSELVES ARE BEAUTIFUL.

I HAD TO DO A LOT OF CHASING DOWN TO GET THE WORK STARTED, BUT ONCE THAT WAS DONE, EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY. THEY GOT THE WARRANTY COMPANY TO ADD ON THE HALLWAY AND CLOSETS, WHICH WEREN'T ORIGINALLY APPROVED FOR REPLACEMENT. EVERYONE I SPOKE WITH WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
