I was pleased with the service.

Very well. Artemio was very professional and knowledgeable.

I spent probably between $3000 and $4000. They were prompt, they returned my phone calls, they came out and gave me an estimate. We came up with a medium range cost, they came out 3 weeks later to install it and it took them 2 days to do it. They showed me how to work the controller and they were very professional.

They found underground leaks and defective sprinkler heads. We had them add a head and replace some heads. they also replaced a leaking supply valve. The original sprinkler system was poorly installed by the builder (1998) and we expected more would be required than just an inspection and adjustments. After the work was completed, our system did not leak and it covered all areas well. The inspection which we called them out for was about an hour job. All of the work took 4-5 hours. The result is outstanding and the cost quite reasonable. I will call them again for any sprinkler work we need and also recommend them to our neighbors.

I am giving a huge thumb-up to Fischer Irrigation and the crew that came to do the work. As you can see for the price and the amount of work they did, I couldn't be happier. To top if all off they did all of it in about 2 hours but still with quality workmanship. Team spent had to dig around to find the root problem on one of the leaks. For that process and every other suggestion they made for a fix or replacement they left it up to me for my decision after giving me the facts, no pressure. They also talked me through what they were doing and what to expect with the big leak. This was my first service on the system after 14 years. If I ever had to do anything again with it I'm calling these guys again.

The technician was going to change out the control panel until I found the fuse to be blown. We changed the fuse and it worked, saved me about $140. He told he only averages about 30 minutes per visit, but I called the business and he did stay longer and did share his knowledge with me.

Mr. Fischer came out, based on a web inquiry after an Angie's List search, and talked with us about our wishes and the services he provides. We received a written quotation the same day. Scheduling was easy, the work was performed in a timely manner, and there was essentially no disruption in our water service. The trenching was done in a way that the lawn will recover very quickly. After the work was complete Mr. Fischer had a training session on how the controller works and what the common pitfalls are in its operation.

They were punctual, did the job well (didn't try to up-sale me), make sprinkler head adjustments to improve my system.

Top notch! Asked me if I wanted the basic service I had paid for (a repair I knew I needed) or the entire system checked out. They applied the service payment and added appropriate amounts for all the replacement parts plus labor.

Very well! Artemismo was able to find the problem with my system overwatering. It was set to run twice each time instead of once. Also gave me a quote to connect two separate systems and install rain gauge. Very timely for me.

It was fine. They had great customer service and they were very responsive. They were able to come out quickly.

All work was completed as expected and the installers were professional and very competent.

The job started on-time as planned which was estimated to take 2 days. They hit a snag on day 2 involving a failed inspection with the city where the drainage came under the sidewalk ahead of the curb. There was some concrete clumps below the surface preventing the pipe to go under the sidewalk. The inspector recommended they bust the sidewalk open and remove the concrete clumps to adequately finish the job. Fischer did just that and took an additional day of time and labor to do it properly at no additional cost to me. I thanked him for that and promised to pass this along to future customers that they are very reputable. In the end, I am very happy with the work and our drainage issue has been resolved.

They service went very well. They ended up replacing a few sprinkler heads, the rain sensor and the electronic control box. They were quick and efficient.

He was supposed to inspect and adjust the system and call me with necessary repairs before making any of them. My elderly mother who is in chemo treatments was at the house and he charged her $96 in addition to the $69 I had paid for the inspection service. He was there less than an hour. The agreement when I bought the service and made the appointment was he would call me if there were going to be additional charges, she said he charged $80 something an hour for his time and I would have to pay for repair parts. I have no idea how he got to an extra $96 in charges because he left no paperwork and explained nothing to my mother and never called me at all. I feel this is the most unethical company and I will NEVER use them again.

They were fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. It was the first time I used their used their services. I would use them again and again. In fact I have called them and they were fully booked and I told them what problem I had. They tried to help me solve it over phone which I resolved but then I went ahead and used them to come just checkout my sprinkler system. I felt like they weren't trying to rip me off. In fact one of the parts that needed to be fixed when they looked at it. They decided they could fix what was there and didn't need to put in a new piece and they went ahead and taught me how to work the sprinkler system. They went above and beyond what I expected. There was an additional cost for a sprinkler head that had to be replaced. My neighbor told you could have got any cheaper from somewhere else but I said listen for the service and the time it was so worth it. Professionalism was fantastic.

Replaced 3 heads in addition to the tune up for an additional fee. Quality of work and communication was great.

The work was done in one day by a crew of three workers. Steve, the owner, was present for the last part of the installation and system checkout. Along with quality assurance, he provided me a lot of useful information about how long and how often to water. He programmed the new zones into the system and made sure the new and existing zones were set for the best watering performance. Highly recommended!

It turned out fine. The guy was not that communicative as if I needed additional repairs or any feedback on my system and did not give me any details. They were really booked but they were able to squeeze me in which I appreciated. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. They sent 2 people out to do the job.

He checked the 10 zones out of the 11 and recommended to make adjustments on many of the heads. I called them that morning to check if they were coming and got in touch with Angela and she said they were on their way. I also got a call afterwards from the service guy, Artemio that he was also on his way. They were at the house for 2+ hours due to an unexpected thunderstorm. After the storm cleared, they immediately went to work. After he looked at all the heads, he recommended to have many of them replaced and adjusted. So, I went ahead and scheduled another appointment. I was very pleased with the overall service. They were pleasant. Will definitely recommend them to friends.

It was fine. He was friendly and fast. He knew what he was doing. He took the time to adjust every head in the system.

Angela at Fischer called me to set up the appointment and was great at working with my crazy schedule. We set up two dates; one "certain" date and one a few days early just in case the crew became available or finished a job sooner than expected. Much to my delight they were able to arrive on the earlier date. The gentlemen from Fischer not only found the problem quickly, but I was amazed at how quickly they fixed it without damaging my landscaping. They also inspected all the sprinkler heads, replaced and adjusted them as needed. I am now no longer watering the driveway, street, or other unecessary items. They even found a crack that would have caused a much bigger problem for me later. They made it look easy. I am so grateful they know their stuff! I will definately use them again and highly recommend them.

Two-man team did not waste anytime and completed the work I requested. In addition to replacing 20 original sprinker heads (about 28 years old) and they also fixed leaking underground plastic pipe. One of the team seemd to have a good knowledge of sprinkler system and had no problem of commuicating in English.
