It was fine. They're good people. It did cost more than the cost of the deal. They had to dig and put a piece of line in and join it and then they had to provide more sprinkler heads. They were very professional.

Service visit went very well, and the tech was efficient. I did have a hard time understanding the tech's accent, but that part was fine. It's when I called the owner to get clarification on the results and next steps that the professionalism went south. When the owner answered the phone, he was very short and explained he had left a meeting to take my call. I apologized and asked if he could take a look at the ticket and get back to me with next steps. In the middle of my request, he interrupted and said, "I'm still in that meeting!" I thanked him for his time and disconnected the call. Best advice I can offer is that if you don't have time to take a call politely, don't take it. I never did get the detailed report I requested.

One leak was found and a few sprinkler heads were replaced. The work was done properly and on time. I was very satisfied with the company's response, service and pricing.

Artemio did good work overall. There was a hick up after he replaced two of the sprinkler heads that caused the loss of water pressure from the other heads in a different station (My system had 3 stations). He could not find the problem by noon, so he said he would come back after lunch to continue. He did come back, found the problem and fixed it. He reasonably charged me for the labor.

Excellent. They installed my system 13+years ago. We have had minimal problems over the years. When a problem does develop they put me on the schedule and show up at the appointed time. Always professional and detailed.

The service technician was punctual, polite, professional, and the final price was excellent. A competitor wanted far more (nearly double the cost) for a similar service and they also wanted to replace sprinkler heads that did not need replacement.

The tech spent extra time troubleshooting the rain sensor and even installed a plastic box in ground next to garage (for easier access to rain sensor inputs in the future) without asking me or informing me this would nearly double the cost of the visit. So, in addition to the $59 for the sprinkler tune-up, I was charged another $54 for rain sensor troubleshooting, even though the rain sensor still doesn't work. He advised me he could install a new controller (presumably fixing the rain sensor problem) for about $140, but i declined, figuring I'll do that myself. I plan to install a "smart" wifi-connected controller that doesn't need the rain sensor, which is why I didn't need him spending time trying to fix this rain sensor. Nice guy, seemingly knowledgeable, but really needs to warn customers before performing work that will cost extra beyond the Angie's List deal.

Schedule these guys in advance; they are busy, but they are good! Great job from start to finish. System is super, and Scott Fischer's crew was courteous, prompt, and neat. I was especially impressed with how they were able to replace the grass that had to be removed in order to lay the irrigation lines; most of it grew back quickly and was much less noticeable than I would have thought. After it was over, I had to ask them to run a tap from a newly installed separate water meter for pool and irrigation water; they came back in just a few days and the additional cost was very reasonable. The digital timer is really cool; the rain sensor works perfectly in causing the system to skip a day after a rainfall. First class outfit and system; I highly recommend them.

Mr. Fischer spent a good hour explaining what I needed to do. Basically a bunch of tractor work, which is something he doesn't do. He wouldn't take a consulting fee for his time or trouble of driving out to the sticks where I live. He said, "To pay it forward." I told him that he didn't know how to run a business - lol : ) Obviously, Mr. Fischer is honest as the day is long as well as extremely knowledgeable. I called him "the drainage whisperer." I can't recommend him highly enough. He will do the right thing for your job, not necessarily what you think you need, which might earn him more money. Thank you, Mr. Fischer! <3

Fischer Irrigation did a great job installing my sprinkler system and repairing the drainage issue I had. I am extremely pleased. Scott is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and explained the system to me in terms that I understand. He obviously cares about doing things right. And he was willing to meet with me after I got off work so that I didn’t have to arrange time off, I am very grateful for that. Angela, in the office, is very helpful and is a pleasure to work with. They did a great job. Our sprinkler system was a mess. There were broken lines, zoning issues, leaks, broken heads..etc. Yeah...we needed help. They guys came out on time, and quickly figured out what the issues were and quoted a fair price to fix. They got everything done and I've had no more issues with my system. I know I will need a tune up again...that's just how things work, but Fischer got us going in the right direction so we can properly care for our lawn.

These guys were great. They fixed what needed to be done quickly and didn't try to up sell me on items not needed. Very reasonably priced. Actually understood my system better than me and showed me things about it I didn't know.

Fischer Irrigation is a true customer service company. Mr. Fischer and all his employees are kind, honest, and very helpful. I have never had such good customer service from any business. Mr. Fischer came to my house and was here for over an hour. He listened to what I wanted to do, then he explained how they would install the system, the materials they would use and why, and answered all my questions. They started the work on time and even worked when it was raining. Some days they had to stop because it was raining too hard. Mr. Fischer came by everyday to see how they were doing. They did an excellant job and I am so excited about having an irrigation system. Mr. Fischer came back after the job was finished and showed be how the system works. He is very good at explaining how to use the system controlls. He turned it on so I could see it working. He told me if I ever have a question or problem to just call and it would be taken care of. The cost for the system was just what I had expected. One of my sons asked me had I picked the company I was going to use and I told him Fischer Irrigation. He said good job Mom they are the best. He was right they are the best. I would recommend Fischer Irrigation to my family and friends.

They were on time , professional They explained the fact that I needed taller sprinklers to effectively water my flowers and hedges which were quite tall. The price was fair for what they did. they showed me where the sprinkler heads needed to be replaced and replaced. I was happy with the job and I would use them again.

The complete system check was the Angie's List Deal. The parts and labor were entirely reasonable, very timely (one call solved it all) and well explained. I will continue to use Fischer.

From the standing point of what I paid to have done, they did great. I pointed out some problems that I was having and a couple of items that I was trying to get them to repair, they just took care of it while they were there. They are going to come back in August and do some more serious work on the system. Not that the work they are going to do is their problem, it is mine. I pointed out that I am having trouble with this and what can we do to fix it? And they said, well we will come back on the 14th and we'll move this, we'll move that and we'll do this. I thought the price that they gave me was reasonable. That is all you can ask. They came out, did what I asked them to do and they really were informed about what we needed to do. I am looking forward to having them come back and do that work.

The employee was so helpful and showed me how to program my system. Not only did they provide the service but they educated me as well. I was very impressed.

Great service, but I feel the deal price did not count for much.

They were fast and efficient and left our sprinkler system fully functional. Well worth the money.

They were very profession and know what they do. Checked all the sprinkler heads and adjusted the pressure. Replaced couple of broken heads. We didn't observe that one of the pipe was leaking. It was fixed with minimal costs. I would use them every year going forward.
