+ -1 moreExcellent service from Scott Toomes. I had a few small issues with the service department but Scott straightened them out as soon as he got wind of the issues.
Description of Work: Discussed issue with outdated computer and provided solutions that I could understand. Wanted me to get a second quote, but requested that I return to get a second opinion. I know enough about sales to know why they do that, but it was worth it.

+ -1 moreComp usa were a very good service. The technicians there are very knowledgeable and assess your problem quickly. They explained the problem to me and what it was going to take to fix it. They did a great job. They had my computer back to me quickly.
Description of Work: They repaired the modem and installed new software in my computer.

+ -1 moreCompUSA returned my call eventually and gave me an estimate to repair my computer. I had an extended warranty, but the clauses and loopholes weren't explained, so I had to pay for the repair myself. I took my computer in, they had it for a week and kept repairing it. Everytime I called them, it still wasn't ready. They never returned my calls and the computer still doesn't work right. I will never take a computer to them again.
Description of Work: I took my computer to CompUSA and they ran a diagnostic test to see if it had some defective components. CompUSA then called the manufacturer for the proper parts needed to repair the computer because it was still under warranty. Compusa was able to get the proper parts to fix my computer.
