These guys have been in business for 140+ years, considerable experience and know-how. They knew there were 5 potential windshields for our car and found the identical replacement. It was installed as promised, all stickers were removed and replaced. They also gave strict instructions to NOT power wash the car for 48 hours, not sure everyone would have told us that since it was due for an inspection and we had planned to complete it and get it washed immediately. Excellent work.

I called three auto glass stores in my area. Binswanger's price was competitive. I had also visited them before for replacement window glass for my home. I made an appointment for the following week. They were ready for me when I came in and replaced the windshield within the promised time and at the quoted price. The new windshield has the same features as the old windshield. I was pleased with their work.

This company never should be on Angie's list. the never showed up nor did they call to say they were not coming. The guy I talked to stated they had no Angie list discounts and they were under a change of management. all I needed was one small pane of glass changed and they wanted to charge $216.I even have the glass. They should be removed from Angie's list

They were excellent, came out same day and was able to replace the glass in the window frame 40" x 45" with no problems. Very fast service, response time was great and price was comparable to competition.

Unfortunately, they missed the original scheduled appointment completely.

Contractor came one day, was on-time, removed broken window and took measurements for the new window. He returned about a week later with the new window and installed it. The work was very good.

The service person had been in the business for 26 years and new exactly what and how to perform the repair. He was very attentive to any questions and thoroughly cleaned up after his work! Very pleased. He showed up exactly at the time promised as well.

Quality of work and services performed was very good. I found their level of communication to be negative (told me one thing several times and then didn't call me back, had a different answer when I spoke to them).
