Cody is very good. He's a wonderful guy, very trustworthy, and does great work. I highly recommend him to anybody. We have been using him for 2 years now.

Extremely well done! Cody and Ray did a very careful analysis of how to do the repiping with minimal sheetrock damage and then proceeded to execute the plan, modifying it as needed for unexpected framing situations. The crew was highly professional and very careful to cover floors and furniture. Their plumbing work reflected their professionalism; neat and tidy. The outcome exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend Cody and his crew for any plumbing or HVAC job, large or small.

I looked at several vendors on Angie's List with good ratings who did not provide emergency service which I thought would be necessary going into the weekend. I left a message on Bay Area's number at 3:00pm, Friday. Cody returned my call within 10 minutes. By 4:00pm, Jeremy arrived, analyzed the situation and had everything in perfect condition by 5:00pm. Jeremy was very professional and informative about other services I requested info about for possible future projects. My old A/C unit will need replacing before long. Bay Area A/C will definitely be called to provide a bid!!!

Cody is the owner and is showing his new guy Jeremy the area. Very courteous and prefessional in how they approach the work. They showed up on time and got straight to work. Work completed in a very reasonable time. Price was quite competitive. Cody is good. Sometimes small businesses have a problem growing, but Jeremy won me over when he noticed a problem with the stairs to the attic (that had been perplexing me) and fixed it out of hand. I will call them again and expect to be happy with the service no matter which one shows up.

Service was great. Jeremy came over on a Sunday morning and explained my options for repair vs replacement. I decided to replace and the crew arrived promptly Monday morning to replace the A/C & furnace. Although there was a glitch a few days later with the A/C not cooling enough, Cody immediately returned my phone call and came at my earliest convenience to fix the issue. It has worked great since then. They are very good at respecting your time, returning calls promptly and arriving on time. And this was the hottest week of the summer.

We've had 3 other A/C people out here who never resolved the issue. Where this was a little more expensive the money we will save on wasted air conditioning (electric bill) will easily make up for it.

He showed up on time and was very thorough with the work. I would work with him again.

I called Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing LLC and Cody called back a short time later. We set up a time for him to come on Monday morning. He called before arriving and arrived promptly. He inspected the A/C and fan system components, diagnosed the problem, and explained the situation. He replaced a defective capacitor on the blower fan system. I have used Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing LLC more than once and I will definitely call them the next time I have a need. Cody was prompt, efficient, easy to talk to, and did not try to sell me more than I needed.

Quick response, on time and reasonable price. Cody did a great job of troubleshooting and showing me exactly what parts needed to be replaced. The thermostat was something I wanted to have upgraded.

Cody Haley and his crew are incredible. They arrived on time, replaced two complete A/C units, one water heater, repaired a 2nd water, hauled everything off, and cleaned everything up in less than 8 hours. I received a call from my daughter at approx. 6:30p that there was a loud bang and the AC stopped blowing. I called the local places, I had done business with in the past, and only got voice mail. I got on Angie's List and found Bay Area A/C Heating and Plumbing. I called, left a message and was surprised when I got a call back within 5 min from Cody. He was at my home within 1 hour. Unfortunately, it was going to be a major repair so he was not able to take care of it them however, he rearranged his schedule so it could be fixed before the heat of the day. They arrived at 8:30a and were done by 11:00a. I was very pleased with the quality, friendliness, and price of the service.

Cody and his new associate Jeremy were fast and efficient. They diagnosed the problem with the shower handle(it would not shut off entirely.) After replacing the cartridge it is just like new. While here they also adjusted a toilet handle that was loose and not flushing easily. I've used Cody at Bay Area AC and Plumbing several times for both AC and plumbing work and he has always been on time, efficient, and affordable.

Cody is by far, the best in the business. From the financing to the installation, everything went according to plan. The worst part about it, he doesn't have to come around as often.

Excellent. Cody and his crew showed up right on time. They took pains to do the work with the least mess possible. As the ductwork was a little complicated, the job took a little longer than planned, but Cody made sure everything was done right even though it was an extremely hot afternoon.
